08/09/2026: This is a neighborhood restaurant where we love to have lunch or dinner, an aperitif, or just a coffee! The value for money is excellent, the dishes are delicious (but no chives, please! The owners will understand), and if you still have room for dessert, don't hesitate. The staff is incredibly friendly and always finds a table, even when it's busy (which it often is). Special mention to Florian and Jonathan, who always have a kind word or give a little wave when you walk by the restaurant. That's what neighborhood life is all about, and it exists, even in Paris! 01/10/2026: A very pleasant place where you're greeted with a smile, and the service is very friendly and attentive. It's great to enjoy the terrace when the weather is nice. We went there for lunch during a workday and were served quickly.

29/09/2026: This brasserie is very well located in the heart of Pau. The homemade iced tea was a bit too cinnamon-flavored for me, but that's just a matter of taste. The servers are efficient and attentive. It's the perfect place to relax for a while in the center of Pau.

18/09/2026: A lovely evening at Dit Vin... I came on the recommendation of "Pierre les Saucissons" from Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, and he was right to do so! Dinner on the patio, beautiful decor, nestled among the trees... banana trees, at a lovely blue tiled table. The red wine from Domaine de Silène is "divine" for those who enjoy powerful wines 😉, and the tuna tartare was delicious... Thank you to Nicolas for his attentive and charmingly quirky service, and to "Zaza" for her wonderful, discreet, and cheerful energy. The owner, Jean-Luc, is approachable, communicative, and courageous in this new venture 😉. I highly recommend it.

10/04/2026: We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel as a family and truly enjoyed our stay. Rare but true... everything was perfect, our room was spacious and well-equipped. The service was excellent, the staff were attentive, helpful, and always smiling... I have nothing but praise and highly recommend it! The breakfast was also very complete :)

Traditional cuisine, always beautifully prepared, generous, and hearty. The menu changes with the seasons, which is a real plus: asparagus and strawberries in May and June, melon in the summer, then game and comforting dishes in the winter… The dining room is pleasant, with lovely, spacious tables and refined decor, ideal for a relaxing meal. At lunchtime, a daily special is offered for a quick and affordable meal, but the à la carte prices are also very reasonable. The service is attentive and efficient, with a charming, kind, and considerate owner who always goes the extra mile for his customers. It's a place where you come as much for a delicious meal as for a truly relaxing experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it to food lovers and fans of traditional cuisine! 😋

The view is exceptional, the interior superbly furnished in a former building with several individual and group rooms. The table is beautifully set; it's magnificent. A single set menu, €60, with a multitude of local dishes—a real delight—and unlimited good quality wine. We received a wonderfully warm welcome, with a glass of Muscat enjoyed in the garden. Here, the customer is respected, and it shows; kind words flow freely, creating a convivial atmosphere. Congratulations!

We felt the formule with cheese course added was an excellent value. We dined twice during our stay just up the road and would be there again if we didn’t live in Montpellier!

07/09/2026: A wonderful time at Jadis for our wedding. The restaurant/terrace was privately booked for 34 guests plus a DJ. The team at Jadis was fantastic, with Sandra and Thomas at the helm. Thomas in the kitchen – everything was delicious – Sandra was attentive to every detail (decor, food, logistics...) and Julien in the dining room was responsive and attentive. Efficient and friendly. We recommend it 100%!

This is definitely an address to remember when visiting Caylus.

14/09/2026: The service was good and the waiter was friendly. We ordered the langoustine tempura. It also came with cauliflower, and it was swimming in sauce! I had the impression the tempura had been cooked and recooked. Perhaps it had been frozen; I highly doubt it. Then we ordered the John Dory, and three tiny pieces on the plate—considering the price, it's a disgrace. We each ordered a glass of wine, and the waiter brought us two glasses of the red we had ordered. A friend later told me that the restaurant is obligated to bring the bottle of wine and pour the glasses in front of us! I hadn't thought of that. It's true that I don't know what he served us, even though the wine wasn't bad. We won't be back.
