20/04/2026: This restaurant was the final stop on our very busy sightseeing day. We came because the children’s menu looked especially appealing, and feeding our child while traveling can sometimes be a challenge. The kids’ menu was outstanding. Healthy, straightforward food that a child would actually enjoy, with a perfectly sized portion - enough to satisfy them without being too much. I had the scallop and oyster tartare as a starter and scallops for my main course. The tartare was a little confusing because it had something white on top that wasn’t mentioned in the description. I have to admit I didn’t dare try the topping (I have some dietary restrictions), and personally I prefer scallops and oysters separately. However, the main course was absolutely divine - an incredible balance of flavors and a beautiful presentation. My husband had a veal dish, which he also really enjoyed. What slightly spoiled the experience was the service. I definitely felt like an unwelcome guest, which was disappointing. Still, I highly recommend this place - the food was fantastic, and the other guests seemed to be welcomed very warmly. My only regret is that I didn’t look at the dessert menu when ordering - judging by the descriptions, every dessert sounded amazing. I also wish we’d had time to change before coming to the restaurant, but we were in a rush to have dinner and get our child to bed.

30/03/2026: A fantastic discovery! 😀 The food is delicious and full of flavor. A major plus is the service: it's top-notch, with perfect timing between courses (neither too long nor too fast). The restaurant is also very well laid out and the atmosphere is truly pleasant. I highly recommend it.

13/03/2026: I love this restaurant; the food is good, and the waiter is pleasant. The only downside: the seafood sauerkraut. It's not up to the standard of what the restaurant next door offers. It wasn't a generous portion: one mussel, one shrimp, half a piece of fish, and tasteless cabbage. A shame.

20/04/2026: Among all the restaurants in Bercy Village, this one offers a rustic setting with wooden tables and chairs. The service was quite quick. And the cooked salmon with ratatouille and rice was perfect. The salmon remained melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the portion was very generous. I highly recommend it.

28/01/2026: For 10 years, I was a regular customer at the Auberge des Tureaux, but life's twists and turns meant I hadn't been back for 15 years. My first surprise: the chef recognized me, and so did the staff—many of whom hadn't changed. I won't deny that this was a very pleasant welcome! My second surprise: the food was still as delicious as ever, perhaps even better than I remembered, and the portions were still just as generous. In short, apart from the decor, nothing had changed, or rather, it had even improved! This makes the Auberge des Tureaux probably the best value for money in the Allier region today.
