04/09/2024: Nous désirons commander les apéritifs vers les 13 heures et choisir les plats un peu plus tard. L'employé (avec une barbichette) me dit que si nous ne commandons pas les boissons et les plats choisis, il y aura de l'attente; je lui dit que nous avons le temps et il me répond que lui, il n'a pas le temps et qu'il ferme à 14 heures. Mon épouse et sa soeur décident quand même de passer la commande des boissons et les filets de perches. Ce même personnage apporte les 2 verres de vin de Chardonnay et la bouteille d'eau minérale, mais pose les 3 boissons sur le bord de la table et disparait ! les filets de perches et les frites sont servis sur des plats préchauffés; le même serveur met "en tas" les perches et les frites dans les assiettes et nous les donnent. nous mangeons presque la totalité du premier service........ et arrive la salade ! plus tard, constatant que personne ne passe pour le 2ème service, nous nous servons nous-mêmes, de toute façon les perches et les frites étaient froides depuis longtemps. Ce déplorable service nous a évidemment incité à ne pas commander les desserts et les cafés. Philippe Languetin, Genève

Could I have a coffee, hold a traditional pastry in my hand, and bite into the crouton with my coffee? 🤣🤣🤣 Surely impossible. Anecdote from an experience: What a shame this café hires such unprofessional and intolerant servers! You're losing customers! About three weeks ago, I went in with my five-and-a-half-year-old daughter to get a drink, and I had bought a small brioche bun from the bakery next door. It was 2:45 PM. A server came to take our order. We ordered a hot chocolate and an apple juice. He came back a few seconds later and told me it was impossible to have the pastry. I don't know if my little girl would have eaten it, but you can understand how unpleasant it is to be refused something... I cancelled my order and went to eat at the café near the town hall. I was able to pay by credit card, and it was less than 10 euros, something impossible at your place. And the waiter told us that the little one could eat if she wanted, but she wasn't hungry at 2:50 pm. Did you post a sign on the entrance door saying that it was forbidden to consume products from outside inside your café? Let's have a laugh. They even told me it was forbidden because of the risk of germs and bacteria! 🤣🤣 What a disgrace! Review your protocols and management. Good luck! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🥳🥳🥳 There's work to be done.

25/11/2024: Visiting Angers for 2 days, I came across this very nice restaurant by chance where I was welcomed very warmly with my son in a stroller. The soft pear and their milk chocolate cookie are to die for and the lentil salad is also very good: I really enjoyed it. Small attention that would have even been worth the 6/5 stars: the essentials for women and babies in the toilets (changing table, diapers, bibs, towels and tampons): too rare in restaurants these days not to be mentioned. Thank you again for this pleasant moment ❤️

The selection is small but perfect, each dish is prepared with care, fresh ingredients and flavors that make all the difference. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, the service impeccable, with attentive staff always ready to share recommendations. The dishes are beautifully presented, and each bite reveals a culinary mastery that exceeds all expectations. It is an address where we happily return to taste quality dishes in a warm setting. In short, a flawless restaurant!

29/09/2024: Very friendly welcome, comfortable bed, shame though, our room had a balcony but we couldn't open the window! As a result, the shutter remained open and for the night, without a blackout curtain, it was a bit average. But I think it's a temporary problem, the other rooms had access to the balcony and frankly, we slept really well if we omit this little inconvenience! Thanks for the welcome :)
