18/08/2024: We once again spent a good evening in the bucolic garden of Rosita. The decoration of the room is warm. The meal is refined, the quantity is there, the chef works with local products. I recommend the chef's specialty for cheese! And finally, a special mention for the service which is managed by a single person and despite that we are always well received.

14/10/2024: J'ai eu l'immense plaisir de savourer une entrecôte absolument parfaite lors de mon passage dans cet établissement. La cuisson était tout simplement irréprochable : saisie à l'extérieur avec une belle croûte, tout en restant juteuse et tendre à l'intérieur. Chaque bouchée était un vrai régal, avec une viande de qualité exceptionnelle. La sauce fromagère qui accompagnait l'entrecôte était également remarquable. Crémeuse, savoureuse, et parfaitement dosée, elle apportait une touche gourmande supplémentaire sans jamais masquer le goût délicat de la viande. Un vrai plus qui complète merveilleusement le plat. Les frites, servies dans une petite corbeille, étaient croustillantes à l'extérieur et moelleuses à l'intérieur, exactement comme je les aime. L'équilibre parfait entre textures et saveurs faisait de cet accompagnement un complément idéal à l'entrecôte. Nous avons également eu l'occasion de goûter deux vins lors du repas : un Chablis blanc et un Mouton Cadet en rouge. Tous deux étaient excellents, se mariant à la perfection avec les plats et rehaussant l'expérience culinaire avec leurs arômes fins et bien équilibrés. Enfin, je tiens à féliciter particulièrement Chloé, notre serveuse, pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse tout au long du repas. Elle a su rendre cette expérience encore plus agréable avec son sourire et son efficacité. En résumé, une expérience gastronomique de haut vol pour un midi : une cuisine au top, des vins remarquables, et un service impeccable. Je recommande cet endroit sans hésitation et j'ai hâte de revenir !

02/09/2024: Esto es en la esquina cerca del centro de Vires. Llegamos en nuestras bicicletas y no había dónde comer. Así que comimos allí. Teníamos pizzas y vino y era un gran lugar - - comida sólida, buen personal, buen ambiente. Había mucha gente allí, así que claramente era un lugar popular. No es caro. Buenas selecciones de pizza y pasta y otras cosas que no puedo recordar.

27/09/2024: A creperie with a warm and authentic atmosphere. Very welcoming staff. I chose to taste a plate of King Morvan with goat cheese. It was very good and plentiful. The cider is excellent.

13/11/2024: It’s a restaurant run with a lot of passion by a very good chef, Olivier. We went out of season, on November 11th, a national holiday and also my birthday - and there were very few places open in the area. Although we were the only customers that evening, we had a great time and Olivier cooked us a most delicious meal. We will return there in January for the truffle season.
