20/03/2026: A wonderful experience. The servers were attentive. All the dishes were delicious, refined, and sophisticated. It was the first time I'd ever had Jerusalem artichoke for dessert, and the pairings were excellent. We will gladly return to this restaurant and believe it deserves a Michelin star, especially compared to other starred establishments in the region.

The service, meanwhile, borders on perfection. Attentive without being intrusive, professional yet warm, it accompanies the meal with rare fluidity. In short, Édulis offers a gastronomic experience that clearly deserves to be recognized at the highest level. A Michelin star would be only fair for an establishment of such quality.

The setting and comfort of the room were very much appreciated, and the staff was helpful and welcoming. The cuisine was exceptional, and the restaurant offered excellent value for money. This establishment is truly delightful, located on the coastal road with the beauty of the Cotentin peninsula as its backdrop.

10/04/2026: We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel as a family and truly enjoyed our stay. Rare but true... everything was perfect, our room was spacious and well-equipped. The service was excellent, the staff were attentive, helpful, and always smiling... I have nothing but praise and highly recommend it! The breakfast was also very complete :)
