The crème brûlée was actually an egg custard, and the chocolate ball in the chocolate mousse had melted; it was just water.
31/05/2026: Today I went to LaCanaille in Cassis and ate a platter of shells (oysters, mussels, snails, and red shrimp): everything was very fresh and delicious.
The lady who served us was kind and helpful.
Our location was also good (sea view but in the shade).
The price was also good.
I was really satisfied.

We had mentioned that we were gluten intolerant, and a gluten-free bread, specially purchased for us, was served. The chef adapted the dishes so we could all enjoy them.
My husband and I had a wonderful time.

19/04/2026: At the end of April, the atmosphere was absolutely fantastic. The dishes were beautiful and delicious; if you're in the area, this is a great place to eat, especially in the evening to enjoy the terrace and the ambiance with its soft lighting. The prices are quite reasonable, with several set menus at different price points and excellent service.
The village itself is also worth a visit for a leisurely stroll after your meal.
17/04/2026: Small menu which I liked, however food was a little disappointing as we had heard such wonderful things ahead of our visit. We came twice. Staff were lovely every time.

The owner and the servers are incredibly welcoming and friendly.
The food is excellent! A real treat. And the atmosphere is so great for spending time with family or as a couple.

24/05/2026: The owner, "Véro," and the employee, "Patrick," delighted us 😊 We had a wonderful time and ate VERY well (which was, after all, the reason for our reservation. Lol). The meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the kidneys in morel sauce were to die for. Both the older and younger members of the family LOVED it. The view is fantastic 👍🏻 and don't worry if the water pitcher takes a while to arrive 😜 Thank you for your energy and kindness. Keep being the way you are. We highly recommend it.

15/06/2026: After a very successful first dinner, my wife and I decided to return. Unfortunately, this time the waitress greeted us coldly and was rather unpleasant throughout the entire meal. Add to that a particularly long wait for our food. The contrast with our first visit is striking. It's a shame, as we had such fond memories of it. We don't plan to return.
