14/03/2026: A masterclass featuring Michalak's best recipes was a surprise birthday gift, honestly probably the best gift I've ever received! It was a very enjoyable time with Elsa and her apprentice (I unfortunately forgot his name). She's a great teacher and readily answered all our questions. I learned so much and was able to recreate some of the recipes at home. I'm sold on the pie crust recipe; I think I'll only use that one from now on! The pastries we made during those three hours were, of course, excellent! I hope to have the opportunity to take another Michalak masterclass in the future; I had a wonderful time. Thank you to the whole team!

23/02/2026: A wonderful Valentine's Day evening: The service was impeccable, the waitresses were friendly and responsive. Between each course, they asked if we wanted the next course immediately or if we preferred to wait a little, which was very thoughtful! The dishes were delicious; we opted for the set menu (tuna or duck). The meat and fish were cooked perfectly, and frankly, we had a great time from beginning to end.

The couple runs the place with expertise; the owner manages the service, while her husband is in the kitchen, but also serves, creating perfect synchronization. In a calm and serene atmosphere, the dishes arrive, and the hostess's touch of humor completes the welcoming ambiance. The dishes begin to delight your taste buds. You've arrived at a cozy, gourmet haven. The chef has mastered his dishes and seasonings; I highly recommend it, all nestled among the vineyards. 07/01/2026: On January 3rd, my wife and I booked a table for February to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The restaurant was closed until January 6th, so the reservation was pending confirmation. On January 4th, I received a text message requesting a credit card authorization for the reservation. Knowing the restaurant was closed until January 6th, I wasn't checking my emails every day. On January 5th, to my great surprise, I received an email informing me that the reservation was canceled. I had booked a month in advance and only had 24 hours to authorize the payment. I understand the reasoning, but the method is off-putting to potential customers. Oh well. We'll get over it.

29/10/2025: A wonderful discovery at Auberge du Moulin. The setting is magnificent, especially the terrace with its weeping willow, which creates a truly soothing atmosphere. We had a lovely time. The cuisine is excellent, with high-quality ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. You can taste the care that goes into each dish. It's a place you'll enjoy returning to, whether for the decor or the food. I highly recommend it.

29/10/2025: We ate very well and the portions were generous. Foie gras, duck, wild boar stew, perfect egg, dessert... Everything was delicious!

08/02/2026: A nice little crêperie. The manager is very friendly, as is the waitress. It's a shame there's no Wi-Fi and no 5G signal. Also, no contactless payment, which could be a problem for young people who only pay with their smartphones these days ;)
