15/09/2024: Nouvelle carte, nouvelles saveurs, mais la qualité et la fraîcheur des produits sont toujours au rendez-vous. La cheffe de cuisine met de l’amour dans nos assiettes, et ça se ressent. L’accueil est toujours parfait, et le service discret et bienveillant.. merci pour le gaspacho apporté à ma compagne pendant ma dégustation des petits gris . A très bientôt, et encore merci pour tout.

Découverte de quelques spécialités vendéennes dans une ardoise vendéenne Franchement excellent Que dire de plus sinon que les 8 personnes qui m’accompagnaient se sont régalées aussi avec des plats allant de l’anguille au bun de canard en passant par une andouillette frite et du lieu au risotto. Donc superbe découverte chaudement recommandée

23/09/2024: The restaurant has a spartan decor and a limited menu. We did find the serving sizes a tad inadequate, also given it's pricing. Am unlikely to visit again.

06/11/2024: We arrived on November 1st around 1:45 p.m. Thank you to them because they agreed to serve us. Serve and perhaps a big word. 1) the waiter pretends to take our order but is stopped by another table and leaves us without taking the order. He comes back 10 minutes later 👍. We ordered baked Camembert, flank steak and crunchy duck. Results: charcuterie from the Camembert platter, not wow. Flank steak ordered rare and received timely. Crunchy duck not bad dish the julienne of vegetables was not even cooked just cooked in water or steam. The waitress spilled a bottle of sparkling water on my arm and my helmet, she didn't offer to clean it... To complete this wonderful meal... When asking for the bill the waiter said is allowed to tell me: you are not real environmentalists with your electric bikes 🤨🤔. The two stars are only linked to the fact that they accepted us at a late hour

07/12/2025: I was really looking forward to trying this place, which I first saw in Bordeaux, and then in my hometown of Barcelona, ​​but we finally ended up trying it in Montpellier. The service was excellent and the food was very good.

24/11/2024: What a wonderful evening I and my 4 friends spent Friday evening at the Paul Germain restaurant! What a great discovery this restaurant that we didn't know existed. No false notes, everything was perfect from the reception until the moment we left, it was after midnight. We were kindly made to understand that the restaurant was going to close but without the feeling of being rushed towards the exit. The boss is very nice with a good sense of humor which made us laugh a lot. His cuisine is delicious, as are the wines. And, at Paul Germain, they don't serve you portions of canary! The dishes are very generous and so good that the plates left empty. The fish was delicious with perfectly mastered cooking, no doubt about the freshness of the product which must have been purchased the same day from the fishmonger. The setting is magnificent, cozy, it's clean and the restaurant is not noisy which is really appreciated. The layout of the restaurant had to be optimized to provide an atmosphere of serenity. We feel that there is craftsmanship and experience because everything is mastered so that the customer feels good and leaves satisfied. We will come back because this restaurant is a must in the Brest landscape, to try at least once. The 5 stars join the string of previous reviews

17/09/2024: Passing through the region, establishment recommended by residents of Murol. We were not disappointed, "bougnat" hamburger excellent and the cooking very respected, for my part I pizza St Nectaire and fresh mushrooms very pleasant and tasty, fresh and home-cooked products, Go there, you won't be disappointed. We will go back!

14/11/2024: Impeccable service. Very disappointed with the food, this was our second visit. The first one in the spring was perfect, however this time, an experience which extremely disappointed us. Indeed, the freshness of the fish (especially monkfish...and squid...) gave off a very unpleasant smell. We were unable to finish the dishes, out of politeness, not wanting to make waves, we asked for doggy bags which we threw away once we arrived at our home. For us it is prohibitive and we will not set foot there again.

12/11/2024: Un très bon repas. Des produits de qualité très bien cuisinés, nous recommandons les encornets fourrés au rizotto avec sa sauce au safran et la souris d'agneau. Nous nous sommes régalés. Desserts succulents. Très bon vin local. Accueil et services top. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous recommandons et si nous revenons à Carqueiranne nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci à l'équipe.

23/09/2024: This review only concerns the restaurant Very warm welcome. Local products, home-made cuisine. Very good value for money. The hot goat cheese with honey is very tasty and its accompaniment is hearty. The lamb shank is very good. Desserts not tested because we were full.

20/09/2024: During a cycling trip we stayed there for one night. Ideally located in the heart of St Affrique, you will first be pleasantly welcomed by the owners whose hotel sense is not an empty word. Pretty little rooms recently renovated with pleasant and neat decoration, air conditioning, very good bedding and a beautiful bathroom. A closed garage for our bikes. An excellent restaurant with tasty cuisine and a service team attentive to the smooth running of your meal. A pleasant breakfast to get you back on the road. If you are in St Affrique, look no further, this is the place to stay!

29/08/2024: In the area for one night. Clean and well-equipped room and hotel with smiling and friendly staff. Good breakfast and spacious room. The exterior soundproofing is OK, however, the interior soundproofing on the corridor is non-existent, so it was noisy with young children nearby.
