22/05/2026: The restaurant was perfect, no complaints. The opening hours are a bit limited: 7:30 pm for dinner and between 9 and 10 am for breakfast. The room was a bit noisy and not well insulated in hot weather. The hotel is well located.

17/05/2026: A wonderful experience at La Cambuse restaurant. The service was courteous, cheerful, and quick—flawless. The atmosphere was also very pleasant. We dined as a party of three, with a reservation. All the dishes were of excellent quality and delicious. We will gladly return.

15/05/2026: You thought you knew everything about asparagus because you'd eaten it so many times. Forget everything you thought you knew; here, they were absolutely meltingly tender and harmoniously paired with citrus and haddock. Add sweetbreads, a dish rarely found elsewhere, and you have a place well worth the detour. I also greatly enjoyed the excellent Grand Marnier soufflé. See you in a year, perhaps, during our travels.

25/04/2026: We had dinner at 1201, just the two of us. The cuisine is remarkable, with well-prepared seasonal ingredients and perfect flavor combinations. The presentation of the dishes is excellent; everything is meticulously crafted. The amuse-bouche could almost be a course in itself, given its quality. The desserts are magnificent. The service is top-notch. One minor drawback: we were seated on the terrace before dinner, and the wait for cocktails was a bit long. The wine pairings during the meal were very well chosen and delicious, but the portions were a little small considering the price. The setting remains superb, with a calm atmosphere—a truly wonderful experience. B. Thomas

22/04/2026: Discovering the five-course Equinox menu. The setting is superb, as is the decor in the bar area. The restaurant itself is simple and understated, with nothing out of place. The staff is attentive and very pleasant. The meal was excellent, refined, and visually appealing. I highly recommend this establishment. We will return to explore other options, such as the brasserie.

11/05/2026: We stumbled upon this place and had a truly wonderful time. The owner is very friendly and welcoming, and very attentive to his customers. The food is simple but all the more delicious for it—a real treat for the taste buds. I highly recommend this restaurant. I'll definitely be back! 😉
