18/07/2026: Came under recommendation by Le Frenchies and it did not disappoint. The food was fantastically prepared. We had the duck leg, gnochi, tuna tartar, chocolate mouse and ice cream pastrie with chocolate sauce. We had several drinks of wine and cocktails to match each dish. Total bill was €150 for 2. The service was unusually attentive for French restaurants. We know very few words in French but all the staff were helpful and knew English. This is a hot spot for local French people so if you want a non tourist experience, romatic dinner and high quality food at a reasonable price, highly recommend.

31/07/2026: A warm welcome in an equally warm setting! We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal and particularly appreciated the freshness of the local produce. We ordered the Ubaye raclette and the Risoul fondue, both excellent. Special mention goes to the desserts and the raspberry wine, which are also homemade!

21/07/2026: Le Carillon is a fantastic, authentic restaurant run primarily by a husband and wife team who are welcoming, cordial and professional. Where both food and service are fantastic. Our family rented a mas in Oppede Le Vieux for part of April and all of May. We visited Le Carillon three times - each with different friends or family members. Resulting in universal enjoyment and happiness. The cuisine is high quality and expertly prepared, and service is at the same time friendly and professional. In our experience the dessert "Le Chocolat" was voted best all time by our crew. It's worth going just for that, but the menu is excellent throughout and the prices are reasonable. Can't wait to go back next year. ps: Goult is a charming town with far fewer tourists than other Luberon villages.....

First you eat with your eyes and after it's a delicate flavor, a real experience of taste The chef here cook with passion,love and experience. 16/06/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! The non-smoking/vaping terrace was a real plus, and the meals were exquisite and delicious (we ordered à la carte – thank you to the chef). We also had an excellent suggestion for a post-meal stroll along the Adour River (thank you to the waitress). We highly recommend this establishment; it's definitely worth a visit!
