26/12/2025: We shared a family moment on December 26th, enjoying a pre-ordered meal. Everything was excellent: the meat and fish were cooked to perfection, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. The decor was cozy, and the service was pleasant. I highly recommend it! 😊

15/02/2026: What a disgrace! Absolutely disgrace!!! There were five of us: a couple of friends, my sister, and my niece, looking for a quiet evening, not a Valentine's Day getaway. We asked for the menu, but were told that there was only one set menu that evening, at €45 (drinks not included, of course, but that's to be expected). So, we had no choice, but we decided to stay anyway. I ordered a half-pint of draft beer (which was listed on their website), but the owner told me they were out. I asked, "What other beers do you have?" The reply: "Bottled Chouffe." So, I went for a Chouffe then! After a while, seeing no sign of anything, I asked, "Did you forget the Chouffe?" The response: "We're out!" "You could have told me!" "What else do you have?" "Answer: a Dutch beer, which I didn't know, but whatever, that's all they had!! Oh well! Then, out of the five of us, three of us ordered one of the only two dishes on offer, namely Sea Bream Fillet (which turned out to be frozen) with risotto. None of the three of us even ate half of it; we really felt like we had vomit on our plates!! And to top it all off, with a laughable final touch, my sister asked the owner if there was whipped cream in the Pavlova (she doesn't like whipped cream), and the answer was, "No, there isn't any whipped cream" (since a Pavlova without whipped cream isn't a Pavlova). Finally, when this (mini) dessert arrived, there was more whipped cream than anything else!! Despite all these mishaps, despite the hefty final bill (set menus, carafes of wine, digestif, etc.), there was no gesture of goodwill, and the When I pointed it out to him on principle, he called me an Ariègeois (why?), telling me I could shove my opinion where the sun don't shine! I'm retired, I spent my life in restaurants, I even managed a large brasserie, and I've never seen anything like it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

25/02/2026: Racist staff. We stopped for a drink as the place seemed nice. We waited 15 minutes before our orders were taken; the servers were taking everyone's orders except ours. Our drinks were prepared by the bartender and sat on the counter for 20 minutes while the server took everyone else's orders and brought them to the other customers except ours. The bartender even told the server that the drinks had been ready for a while, he seemed embarrassed, but the server simply refused. My friend finally got up and brought our drinks to the table. When it came time to pay, the server didn't come to take our money, but the bartender did. If you're white, I recommend going; you'll be well served. Any other ethnicity, I strongly advise against it; the service is absolutely appalling. I've never seen anything like it. I also mentioned this to the server when they brought out some extremely salty chips as a consolation, but he didn't seem at all bothered or even aware of it.

23/01/2026: It's always a treat to eat at Claudine's. A great atmosphere, a great waitress. And then in the kitchen, two people who know their recipes so well and are so homemade. May it all continue for a long time.

14/01/2026: Now this is the kind of restaurant I love! Real, delicious food from start to finish. An amuse-bouche of eggplant caviar with warm rolls... mmm! Then came the bull rillettes, very good. Next, the Gardiane de Taureau (a traditional Camargue beef stew) with Camargue rice, perfectly cooked and excellent! And to finish, homemade nougat glacé, the likes of which I've never tasted before. The owner (who is also the chef) came out to greet us in a friendly manner. And the owner's wife gave us a most welcoming reception, kindly providing us with a map of the town and explaining the local attractions. We left satisfied and delighted with this wonderful place. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness.

I highly recommend the gravlax salmon served with mixed greens and a citrus vinaigrette—absolutely divine! I also had perfectly cooked scallops with a coral sauce that was excellent! And to finish, the best profiteroles I've ever had: the choux pastry was fresh and crispy with a craquelin topping, topped with quality ice cream, hot chocolate, and homemade whipped cream 😋 We'll definitely be back; it's our favorite restaurant in the 77 (Seine-et-Marne department).
