19/07/2026: We enjoyed a couple of drinks here one afternoon, including some from their extensive beer selection, and returned the next day for breakfast and then to explore the market halls. It's a lovely place to sit in the square and enjoy the view of the Church of Saint Sebastien.

19/07/2026: A wonderful discovery and very well located in Nancy, everything was perfect, excellent cuisine. The staff were friendly and smiling despite the crowds on the terrace and inside. We ordered the daily special: fish and chips, a Vosges salad, a crème brûlée, and the revisited lemon tartlet – a pure delight! Bravo! 👍 I'll be back as soon as possible.

16/07/2026: It was inedible. Look at my other reviews, I NEVER leave negative reviews, but this time, I couldn't finish my plate even though: I hadn't eaten for 24 hours, I'd been drinking so I was extremely hungry, and I usually eat anything and everything—food is food, you can eat anything. But not here. First of all, they took my payment before serving me, which I don't mind, and it saves me from having to queue to pay, but restaurants don't usually do that, so now I understand why. I ordered fish and chips, I paid €17 for all the ingredients to be processed. Again, food is food, so who cares? But the fish and chips sauce had clearly gone bad; it was yellow and extremely acidic. It hadn't been in the fridge for days. The fish was bad; it didn't taste like fish, only like the batter was fried (and the batter itself didn't taste like batter, just like fried food). The inside was WHITE, like a sheet of A4 paper that's been UV-treated—I'm sure it would shine brightly in a nightclub. The fries, well, they were frozen and just overcooked, but edible. The lettuce leaves were okay too, since they were lettuce leaves. But then there was the dressing, which was probably from a tube, and it was incredibly acidic. I know it's supposed to be acidic, but even my tongue was questioning it. So there you have it. I was very sad because I was very hungry, and it was the first time I'd ever been afraid of a sauce.

17/05/2026: An authentic establishment, where the food is excellent and plentiful, in the heart of the Capucins market, with a very friendly welcome and service. The fish and chips is superb, and the gourmet coffee is truly indulgent. A must-try for those looking for a warm and inviting place.

15/08/2026: The staff were friendly and attentive... But when I asked if it was possible to add fish and chips to my son's meal, the waiter said "no problem." He came back two minutes later to say he was sorry, but that I would need to order a second children's meal. So, I paid for two children's meals to get six pieces of fish and chips. Mixed feelings.

15/08/2026: Thank you to Suzy in the dining room and the team at Saint Thibault for this wonderful evening. The service was magnificent from start to finish, despite the restaurant being full! We were seated promptly, the food was perfect, and Suzy's service... worthy of a fine dining establishment. Discreet, efficient, and always smiling. As for the dining room, it was brand new, and the dishes were cooked exactly as we had ordered.

17/05/2026: Hotel in a beautiful setting, easily accessible. Very welcoming and professional staff. Spotless room, bar and restaurant too. The only slight drawback was the late opening time of the pool and hammam, which meant we couldn't use them on our 11:00 am departure day.

28/07/2026: We came to the crêperie on Sunday evening and received a very warm welcome. The crêpes were delicious, and the value for money was excellent. We returned this Tuesday at lunchtime for a set menu (available on Facebook), which was a delight. The owners are wonderful; we had a great chat. A truly excellent place. Remember to book ahead.
