15/12/2024: If the crème brûlée had actually been sweetened with real vanilla, then the vanilla grains would have been evenly distributed throughout the cream. To make the customer believe it was real vanilla, some black grains were spread on the inside of the bowl and then the cream was poured in.

24/09/2024: Exceptional, friendly service from Nicolas and his staff from the moment you arrive. Every dish is described in detail (I was salivating even before the amuse bouche). The menu is inventive and the flavour combinations are outstanding, with the freshest of ingredients. The best meal I’ve had in a while, and the best espresso I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

It's small, intimate, and relaxing.
The chef is exceptional, the dishes delicate and intelligent. We sense great sensitivity and great technicality. Perfect quantities to enjoy without being frustrated or saturated.
