15/04/2026: A welcoming hotel with very friendly staff. We stayed for three nights and explored the surrounding area, hiking, restaurants, and indoor activities. We always received excellent advice! We highly recommend it; the rooms are charming and the hotel is very well located.

14/04/2026: We went to Chez Gilda last Saturday and were absolutely thrilled. The restaurant is only open three evenings a week, so you should definitely arrive promptly at 7 pm to avoid a long wait. We had the famous Panisse Marseillaise, octopus salad, prawns, hummus, and fish. The octopus salad was especially delicious, a 12/10, and the other dishes were also excellent, perfectly seasoned and prepared. Plus, it was very reasonably priced, which made the meal even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is very relaxed and casual, right on the street, with warm weather and plenty of laughter and good conversation. We highly recommend this place.

12/04/2026: I visited La Flamme and was very satisfied overall. The location right by the gondola is ideal – perfect after a day of skiing or hiking. The food was good. The atmosphere is cozy and fits the region well; you feel comfortable and can enjoy a relaxed meal. The service was friendly, although sometimes a little inattentive, especially when it got busier. Therefore, I'm deducting a point for service and consistency – there's room for improvement there. Overall, though, it's a good restaurant with fair prices and definitely worth a visit.

22/04/2026: A lovely establishment well worth a detour from the tourist areas. The menu features many local products. The service is very professional. We loved the local asparagus with its sauce, the generous organic sauerkraut, and the bibalakas 😋

17/04/2026: While passing through Colmar, we, a small group of Belgians, thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at this restaurant! The staff is very welcoming, kind, and attentive. The food was excellent. 08/05/2026: We went on May 6th. At lunchtime, we ordered three salmon tartares. The tartares were just shallots in them, so not great, and the portions were smaller. Elsewhere, the portions are much larger. When the waitress asked if we were okay, I said the tartare wasn't great, and she rolled her eyes! Fantastic! Afterwards, we ordered a coffee and a "gourmet coffee"—half a clafoutis tartlet and half something else. 10 euros for this "gourmet coffee"! Nothing gourmet about it! And the tartlets were only half-sized, which is ridiculous! Even if they were small! My mother has been a customer for a while. They have absolutely no memory for faces! Plus, since my mother is elderly, it took her a while to get the credit card out, so the waiter left! We had to wait even longer! We're not tourists. We didn't have to wait because we had a reservation.

15/04/2026: A wonderful discovery! For a €36 set menu including starter, main course, and dessert...it was simply PERFECT! I thoroughly enjoyed it. The dishes were beautifully prepared and given a modern twist (like the strawberry-rhubarb mille-feuille). As a result, I've already been telling everyone about this restaurant. A great place like this deserves to be shared! The welcome was also very warm. It's so nice to see smiling faces.
