15/07/2026: Disappointing. A vegetarian dish which was a mix batch of tasteless veg: salad not very fresh, insipid clear soup, frozen spinach... Avoid that dish. Other tasted dishes were okayish. Drinks were okay.

14/07/2026: It had been a long time since I'd been to the patio at the Park Hyatt. The bar seems to have disappeared; you're escorted to the patio, which is cigar-friendly. There's not much of an atmosphere. The cocktails have become overpriced at €34, with a special Negroni menu for enthusiasts. The service is relatively slow, but I get the impression they have to cross the entire hotel to fetch the drinks. It's a shame; it's so far from the heart of the hotel, from the bar, with no view, no life. I'm disappointed.

The true unprocessed beauty of the ingredients and the food emerged and came to life. This was truly pure and natural. 16/08/2026: Small shaded terrace in a quiet alley. Very friendly and smiling waiters, original menu with a bit of everything.

15/08/2026: Our attention was drawn to the terrace and its blue and yellow decor. The set menu (starter, main course, and dessert) was very good and offered excellent value for money. We also ordered the salmon brik, which was also very tasty. The service was excellent. Flawless service provided by staff who were welcoming and attentive.

18/05/2026: This meal at Anne-Sophie Pic's bistro was a bit of a disappointment. Admittedly, one expects a lot from such a name, but it's probably naive to have imagined approaching this chef's talent. Of course, there were no flaws in this cuisine, which is indeed typical of a bistro. But there was a lack of inspiration and insufficient generosity on the plate. I'm not talking about quantity, but rather originality. In short, no complaints about the cooking techniques or the seasoning, but we simply expected more. It's worth noting that the desserts were exceptional. To experience Madame Pic's cuisine, you should visit the restaurant next door.

17/05/2026: The food was delicious, and the menu we chose far exceeded our expectations. The service was excellent, and the sommelier provided very helpful information. Everything was perfect.

11/07/2026: The family meal was decent, nothing special. When it came time for dessert, one guest ordered a Belgian coffee but asked for two scoops of coffee instead of one scoop of vanilla and one scoop of coffee. The waiter charged us €1.50 just for changing the flavor. I'm not bothered by €1.50, but I find this unacceptable, especially since we didn't order any extra scoops. Knowing that the coffee flavor doesn't cost extra when ordered separately. It's a shame to lose customers for such a small thing; you need to rethink your customer service.

03/07/2026: We had a wonderful meal at this restaurant. Our waiter was very professional, friendly, and offered great recommendations. Their pavlova for dessert was absolutely divine. I highly recommend this establishment.

20/06/2026: I was truly surprised by this place. First, a fantastic welcome from the smiling and friendly hosts, and the cuisine was top-quality, made with fresh, very affordable ingredients. Even the profiteroles were homemade—a delight! Bravo! I stopped by chance on my way back to Chartres, but I'll be back as soon as I get the chance. Go without hesitation! 👍👍👍
