10/05/2026: A one-Michelin-starred restaurant: what a disappointment. The waiter was nice and smiling, but apparently, he didn't go to culinary school... He served you from the left, stretched out his arms to serve/clear the people opposite him instead of going around, treated you like children: "I'm going to ask you to put your napkin on your lap" 😱😁, and served you white wine instead of red. You'd better keep an eye on him... The concept: a surprise menu imposed by the chef. It's understandable why: six customers on a Saturday lunchtime... It would be a shame to waste it. Well, it just so happens that I'm a bit picky and don't eat a very varied diet. I mentioned this to the waiter, and then the chef showed up and made it clear that I was "being difficult." The chef is very rigid. In the end, very expensive for what it was.

10/03/2026: Tonight, we came to celebrate a birthday. I had reserved a table for two. We wanted to sit at a specific spot, but we were told it was closed. However, as we were leaving, we saw that the place was actually open. We asked an employee, and he confirmed that it was indeed open. I am very disappointed by this situation. It's unprofessional. The website allows reservations, and everyone can see that, but the information on-site was different. I do not recommend this place. 😤😤😤

The cozy interior had a subtle French charm without being too loud, and the prix‑fix menu offered surprisingly generous portions for the €35 per person price. Highly recommend for a relaxed, flavorful evening in the heart of Paris.

12/04/2026: We went there to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and left with an absolutely wonderful experience. Everything we tasted was simply incredibly delicious. The service was both prompt and perfectly balanced in its communication, with great attention to detail. The ambiance was also very refined and pleasant. In short, it was a true feast for the taste buds. It is without a doubt one of the best restaurants we have ever visited. A huge thank you to the chef and the entire team.

20/03/2026: Gill relinquished his two Michelin stars for more freedom. He was right, and the results are spectacular. The stars are countless. The staff is kind, professional, attentive, and discreet. The food and wine pairings are excellent. Each dish is a moment of pure bliss. The prices are in a completely different league compared to other restaurants in Rouen, but the pleasure is truly exceptional. My advice: don't change a thing.

11/04/2026: Great little restaurant with a terrace near the beach. The set menu is €23 and offers generous, flavorful, and exotic dishes. I had booked in advance, which allowed us to have lunch on the terrace in perfect weather: neither too hot nor too cold. For starters, I had the eggs with aioli, and my friend had the sardine and tomato tart. Then we had cod with homemade chips—absolutely delicious! All accompanied by a very refreshing 18% ABV white port. The service is quick and friendly, the food is homemade, and it wasn't crowded at this time of year—a really great restaurant find!
