25/08/2026: The young staff were very friendly.
The only option was to dine outside under a pergola (no indoor seating available)! Well, it is summer.
The fondue was enough for two, but not very hot, which was a shame! It wasn't excellent either!
The blueberry tart wasn't local either; the pastry wasn't homemade.
Total price including table wine: €40 per person. Not justified!

11/09/2026: We were delighted to discover this extraordinary place, which is wonderful in every way: refined and generous cuisine, a friendly atmosphere. We tried the Abbesses pâté, a specialty I highly recommend, which, despite its name, is made with fish. A must-try if you're ever in Remiremont.
23/08/2026: A very good restaurant in Remiremont. The food is of very high quality, made with fresh, local produce. The service and welcome are also very friendly.

13/08/2026: Arrived an hour late, scheduled for 8 PM but not until 9 PM, after a 35-minute drive on terrible roads (we were so frustrated!). The kitchen was closed. Nothing to serve us. Completely unacceptable!
I do not recommend it.

06/10/2026: I had æuf cocotte au saumon fumé for a starter and it was this salty creamy dish, which I dipped the bread into. I had an Italicus spritz for a drink.
My main was Moules Camembert. It had this balance of cheesy, fresh and velvety taste from the sauce being emulsified. The mussels were cooked to perfection with its melts-in-your-mouth texture.
The place had a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Even with my little to no frenchz

The service was very pleasant, the portions were perhaps a little small for some dishes, but the flavors were definitely there! There was a small error on the bill, but after pointing it out, the professionalism was evident, and I thank you for that; we gladly left it as a tip. I highly recommend it!

24/09/2026: A tiny restaurant with so much charm! We made a reservation specifically to try traditional French cuisine, and it was completely worth it. All the dishes were really delicious, and the wine was great too. We recommend this place from the bottom of our hearts! Definitely book in advance, as seating is very limited.
19/09/2026: Seems like an unassuming bistro from the outside but don't let that deter you. Incredible duck confit and roast chicken. The duck was fall off the bone tender yet had the crispiest skin. The chicken was well seasoned and juicy!

Delighted! I highly recommend this already renowned restaurant. Special mention goes to the surprise 8-course menu today, and the absolutely extraordinary chocolate ganache dessert.

08/09/2026: A small, quiet room in a village restaurant. The perfect recipe for a pleasant surprise, and it didn't disappoint. The Bigoudène sausage was amazing. And the pom-pom was also excellent. With a bowl of cider, it was perfect. Parking is easy in the town hall car park, which is also convenient.
16/08/2026: A crêperie not to be missed. We had a wonderful time in a warm and authentic atmosphere. The continuous service, a rare find, allowed us to enjoy a delicious local mussels and fries at 3 pm without any difficulty. Impeccable service, quality products, an experience to be repeated without hesitation. We highly recommend this place.

04/04/2026: We love coming here for lunch while skiing: It's well located right next to the lift station, you can sit in the sun, the service is very friendly and attentive, and there's a nice selection of good, freshly cooked dishes: salads, pasta, burgers, casseroles, tartiflette, and much more. We'll definitely be back!

05/09/2026: A quick stop during a motorcycle ride. We discovered this inn where the food was delicious, using fresh, seasonal ingredients. The presentation of the dishes was meticulous, and the warm welcome made us want to return for lunch.
23/08/2026: We had lunch at this little inn last week. The drive to this peaceful spot is beautiful.
Lunch, prepared by Clémentine, was a real treat. It was served by a lovely young waitress, Mathilde.
The manager took the time to come and greet us.
Thank you to your whole team for this wonderful experience.
