25/01/2026: We ate at Le Sauloch for the first time this past Saturday evening and we'll definitely be back! We were served quickly by two very friendly waiters, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented!
The setting is lovely, all wood with a large fireplace in the center, and the decor is very tasteful!
There's an outdoor terrace where it must be lovely to eat in the summer.

28/04/2026: What can I say about this fabulous place! We booked it for Saturday, April 25th for a bachelorette party. Everything was perfect: the flavors, the atmosphere, the food was fabulous. I recommend it 100%. The value for money is unbeatable. We left feeling so full we could burst!
I highly recommend it; it's a welcome change from the tourist traps in the area. The waitress, who I think is the owner, is really lovely.

25/04/2026: While on holiday in Brittany, how could I not stop by this iconic restaurant for the unmissable Kig ha farz? For the second year in a row, my friends and I enjoyed this delicious meal.
I highly recommend a visit to Le Puit de Jeanne.

You'll find it a great pleasure to chat with Ange, the young manager, who is incredibly friendly and always offers helpful advice for exploring the Balagne region.

01/11/2025: We've been coming for years—as a couple, with our children, with friends during COVID, or with the whole family—and it's always fabulous!
This place, nestled in the heart of a magnificent valley, is magical and perfect for relaxation.
The staff is incredibly attentive, the property is well-maintained, and the food is excellent. A true delight; we can't wait to go back!
31/10/2025: I just spent four days and three nights there. It's very pretty, beautifully decorated, and very well located. Numerous hikes are accessible even without a car. The dormitory is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff is attentive, accommodating, and very kind. Special mention to Aurélie for the service and the friendly conversations :-)
I highly recommend it!
A real pleasure to stay in the Queyras region with you.

26/04/2026: A group of 23 people (motorcyclists) stayed for two nights, half-board. The entire group appreciated the warm welcome from Ms. Robert and her team, the quality of service, the hotel's amenities, and the beautiful surroundings... Thank you.
The food is a highlight, even with the half-board option! And what a pleasure it was to have a drink in the lounge or on the garden terrace... Excellent value for money... and a secure garage for the motorcycles... We just want to come back.

31/05/2026: We spent a night there on May 21st while hiking the Stevenson Trail. The welcome was very pleasant. The setting is magnificent with its small garden; a very welcome haven of peace after a hike. The cuisine is refined and delicious; the service attentive. The room was spacious with its small balcony; the bedding perfect.
A must-visit if you're in the area 😊

Everything was perfect: the welcome, the rooms, the breakfasts with homemade jams and gingerbread, and the excellent evening meals!
