23/12/2025: A very good meal at L’Inter’Val, ideally located near the Charles de Gaulle Memorial. The six-course menu is well-paced, with carefully prepared and beautifully presented dishes, including a high-quality foie gras. Professional service and a pleasant atmosphere. A very good address for a gourmet meal in the region.

14/12/2025: Restaurant located directly opposite the church in Colombey. Delighted with this dinner. Special mention goes to the three-course foie gras menu: the scallops with foie gras sauce were particularly delicious. The ribeye steak from the à la carte menu was excellent. Pleasant service; the two ladies were particularly welcoming. Very good selection of champagnes at reasonable prices. It's best to make a reservation, as the restaurant was quite full. I highly recommend it!

28/03/2026: Excellent! We visited Le Florian during our bike tour. I recommend the ravioli, which are delicious.

16/03/2026: Lunch stop on a long bike tour: very good, quick, great atmosphere, generous portions, at a very reasonable price. I recommend it!

08/04/2026: Absolutely lived our stay at the Grandes Rousses. The hotel was amazing, staff very helpful and the views were incredible. I’d say probably the best in the whole resort. We had a mezzanine room which was great for 3 adults and 1 child. Ski lockers are very convenient as is the standing ski lift that stops outside . We ate at both restaurants and the food was really good, as were the drinks and cocktails were so good! We loved going in the pool late afternoon for a post ski dip and again, incredible views of the resort! Can not recommend this hotel enough!

You've come to the right place… Simple menu, 3 choices of appetizers, main courses, and desserts… An endless array of culinary delights… We loved, adored, this dinner and will return again and again with the greatest pleasure! 10/04/2026: What a surprise!!!! A typical regional dish, homemade, which is quite rare these days. Served by Romain. The welcome, the service, and the food were a delight. The guinea fowl with shrimp was cooked to perfection—congratulations to the kitchen!!! The hamburger was also perfect. For dessert, an excellent chocolate mousse. As well as a strawberry tartlet, which was also very good. From the presentation to the service, everything was impeccable, and the setting was very pleasant. The price was very reasonable, which is a plus. You can take your time, and it's nice not to feel rushed. We'll be back!!!

10/04/2026: Hello, having been disappointed with the Gare des Années Folles in Sailly-sur-la-Lys, I came to try the tavern, and everything is perfect! The service, the food, and the atmosphere are all top-notch! It's so nice to eat without feeling watched, and to have a manager who is both professional and friendly, unlike some neighboring restaurants…

01/04/2026: An excellent crêperie! The welcome is warm, the staff are incredibly attentive, and that makes all the difference. The crêpes are both delicious and generous. A real treat, I recommend it 100%!

09/05/2026: I came here with no reservation at 9.30pm and got a seat outside with a view of Eiffel Tower. First time trying escargot, it’s nice!

03/04/2026: Excellent restaurant. We come here every time we're in the area. The menu is varied with many mountain specialties. A real plus: a dish made with goat's cheese, which is very pleasant for those intolerant to cow's milk. We had the Irish tartiflette, made with salmon, which was original and delicious. They also have buckwheat crepes and pizzas at very reasonable prices. A carafe of wine for €10 is excellent. The chocolate fondant is also very good. The service is very pleasant and friendly. Nothing to add. Except, remember to book ahead as it's always full in the evening.

17/04/2026: Well, it's done! After talking about it for so long, tonight we went to the Aquar'Aile restaurant. When the elevator dropped us off upstairs, it was... Wow! A magnificent view was a feast for the eyes. Then the menu and its various dishes made our mouths water. Pollack for me, carbonnade for him—a real treat for the taste buds. (Just a minor point for us: the carbonnade lacked spices, like our grandparents used to make.) But honestly, the view, the quality of the food, the service—it was a wonderful evening. Thank you, I highly recommend it! 😊

02/05/2026: There were six of us. The service was quick despite the crowd. The main course was good. The only downside was the dessert. Nothing exceptional, and I had to send mine back because the panna cotta was full of gelatin lumps. They apologized afterward and didn't charge me for it.

01/05/2026: We had a very good meal. We were served quickly, there was a wide selection, and the dishes were very good. The pizzas are large and generous. We opted for ice cream for dessert, which was excellent. The service was top-notch, and the dining room was quite quiet. They accept holiday vouchers. We are delighted with this restaurant.
