21/02/2026: Excellent food. I dunno what magic they do with their fries. The pepper sauce has a nice caramelised onion to it. And the steak was perfect. Table red wine was also unexpectedly pleasant!

14/01/2026: An iconic Roubaix establishment that I hadn't visited in a long time. Accompanied by a friend from Paris, we received a very warm welcome, and the service during our meal lived up to our expectations. The dishes were delicious, refined, generous, and very reasonably priced. We will gladly return!

21/02/2026: We dined at Restaurant Meistermann during our stay in Colmar and were absolutely delighted. The quality of the food was outstanding – everything was freshly prepared, incredibly flavorful, and beautifully presented. It's immediately apparent that they use high-quality ingredients and that the kitchen pays meticulous attention to detail. We would especially like to commend the service: very friendly, attentive, and warm, without being intrusive. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived and were able to enjoy the evening in a very pleasant atmosphere. For us, it's one of the best restaurants in Colmar – we will definitely be back on our next visit!

25/02/2026: Lunch with our family during our stay at Mont-Saint-Michel. We hadn't booked in advance. We received a warm welcome. We opted for the Norman menu for each adult, which was excellent, and the children's menu for our two children. A major plus for the children's menu was the inclusion of a savory galette alongside the traditional chicken nuggets and fries. Our children chose the galette and thoroughly enjoyed it.

25/02/2026: We had a wonderful time with friends. The waiter combined efficiency and humor to make his customers feel at ease. The meal was very good.

10/03/2026: On March 8th, for my birthday, we reserved a table for 8 people. While I appreciated my first reservation (see my review), the service on March 8th was deplorable, very slow, with new faces apparently being replacements. CONCLUSION = very, very disappointed for my family and myself. I will have lunch elsewhere; there are good restaurants nearby! A great discovery. We were greeted with a big smile in a pleasant setting... a very good first impression. 2) Service?: A well-organized team that creates a lovely, professional, and harmonious atmosphere. 3) Quality of the dishes? = up to the level of detail on the menu. Salad: a very nice balance of flavors, crunch, and freshness; soft goat cheese without bitterness. Pike quenelles with crayfish = very tasty (be careful with the salt; the reductions are the cause).
