09/05/2026: The welcome was extremely unpleasant, not even a greeting. The only thing we heard during our visit was, "You have to buy something." There was absolutely no sense of hospitality, and the prices were exorbitant. I absolutely do not recommend it.

27/04/2026: This was for sure the best food we have had during our visit as well as travelling all the cities up until Menton. The steak with butter and onion sauce was incredible. The fries they served, incomparable to what they serve elsewhere. Thank you, you made or lunch a culinary experience, not just a meal. Ps: try the tiramisu.

23/04/2026: Great location for friendly service (yes even American who speak very broken French). I think if you even try to make an effort that people are much more willing to speak English back to you. We had a lovely meal here and enjoyed the hospitality.

16/04/2026: We had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant. The waitress was very friendly and accommodating. The language barrier wasn't a problem; we were able to order in English. We sat outside on the balcony overlooking the water. Since the menu is very fish-heavy, there's a slight fishy smell inside. If that doesn't bother you, you'll be fine. We preferred sitting outside. However, it's probably best to reserve a table on the balcony during peak dining times, as there are only four tables there. We would definitely come back. Thank you! 😊

29/04/2026: Great find: pleasant setting with its very large, beautifully decorated terrace, lovely staff, nice set menu at €19.90 all inclusive (breakfast and coffee). Definitely worth a return visit!

04/03/2026: Honestly, what a great surprise at Café Francis! I went there with my colleague Ben and I wasn't expecting such a good meal. The dishes were truly delicious, well-prepared, and full of flavor. Special mention for the daily specials, which were original and surprising—a welcome change from the usual menus. Thank you for a wonderful time!

19/04/2026: Honestly, avoid this place! We went 10 days ago with a friend and ordered mussels with Roquefort cheese... a disaster! I even took pictures. The mussels were completely black, not fresh at all, and tasted awful. We had stomach aches all evening. Even the waitress was shocked and embarrassed. And the Roquefort cheese had no taste whatsoever, just water. Nothing was right. We definitely won't be back. It's the first time we haven't eaten our mussels!

28/04/2026: Monday, April 27, 2026 ...So-called "Easily distracted by danger!" - Yes, but this person is making great progress crossing the road! Before, she would just step out without looking! And, incredibly, the last time she crossed in front of my car (April 19th, haven't seen her since), she decided to warn me by putting up her arm! It took me a while to understand her reasoning. Why force her way through? When she decides to cross, car or no car, she crosses...that's all! Besides, she wasn't working! So it was intentional to make my car stop, with that, oh so BEAUTIFUL SMILE! The following week, she was sick! I hope you're feeling better! I know, you're autistic and I'm not! And I'm not in your shoes! I'm just trying to understand you, is that wrong? And I'm not old-fashioned! Seriously! Reading helps you => it's great to read! In French or English! Good luck to you. Spirituality helps overcome many kinds of trials; it even works miracles: Conversion. Science doesn't explain everything and is limited. And then... When will your child be baptized with both of you? 23/04/2026: Creativity and even inventiveness at their peak. A perfectly mastered, sometimes breathtaking, balance of flavors and textures. We loved it. A thousand bravos to this exceptional chef. Just one remark: the portions could be a little more generous, in line with the prices (which are otherwise justified).

23/04/2026: A beautiful place with refined decor. The small, sunny terrace is perfect for an aperitif. The servers are friendly, patient, and very attentive. The wines are excellent. The place is peaceful both inside and out; we had a very pleasant time. As for the menu, with its perfectly sourced and wonderfully prepared ingredients, we were more than impressed. Thank you to the chef and his entire team; we enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end—not a single flaw.

08/03/2026: For us, a little lost and hungry skiers, this chalet restaurant seemed like a mirage at the end of a nearly deserted slope! The welcome was efficient, the menu varied with dishes proudly proclaimed to be homemade. The foie gras in the gourmet salad was particularly delicious. The interior is warm and inviting, and the value for money is very good. “🎶 My beautiful white fir tree, King of the Launes forests 🎶”

19/02/2026: Lunch menu at €19 (starter, main course, and dinner) with several choices, highlighting fresh, local produce. Nice wine selection, pleasant service and advice, chef in residence, and a different menu on weekends (all following the same principle). We'll be back.
