26/08/2024: We had a perfect stay in this beautiful, relaxing and welcoming establishment. The owners are warm and very attentive to the needs of their customers. We also dined several times at the hotel restaurant; the food is excellent, everything is homemade and the menus which change daily are composed of balanced and delicious dishes. A very nice discovery!

25/01/2025: 2nd visit and again we enjoyed this time with family in this restaurant with a warm atmosphere. Everyone was nice. No long wait and the meal served was excellent. And special mention for the crème brûlée for dessert. 😉😀. We will repeat the experience without hesitation

21/10/2024: First time at the ruby. For the concept of summer, these are small plates to share... in short, like almost everywhere now 😁 Not really new because this has already been the case in Mediterranean countries for a long time (mezze). Except that for once, it was very good :-) bite of veal rice with gribiche sauce, homemade smoked tarama chickpeas, mini burrata leeks, bottargue mayo eggs. Simple, good products, beautiful harmony on the plates. A somewhat “young” service but ultimately attentive and efficient! A pretty, quiet pedestrian street. I recommend.

18/08/2024: Restaurant avec une cuisine de qualité, un personnel de service agréable, en revanche douche froide en arrivant à la caisse. La personne en charge de m’ encaisser en voyant que je souhaitais régler la note en chèques ANCV « mode de règlement accepté et indiqué sur la vitrine du restaurant » m’a clairement dit quelle n accepterais que 4 chèques sur la totalité de la facture. Je n ai pas trouvé cela commerçant d autant plus que son excuse était « c est au niveau de m administratif et je me suis fixée cette règle», mauvaise excuse Madame, je suis moi même commerçant … Pour être complètement honnête avec vos clients noter cette contrainte sur votre vitrine … ça évitera les déconvenues … Dommage Madame l ensemble de votre équipe était au top mais vous vous avez tout gâché et ce pour un chèque ANCV de 10€…

06/12/2024: If you are looking for a friendly, good place, not touristy and with pleasant waiters and managers you are in the right place. A super good fondue, €22 for a fondue + cold meats + potatoes + pickle, with the waiters who give really good advice without just wanting to take your money. Plus the fondue has a real taste that we rarely taste. For me, it’s the best fondue I’ve tasted in Paris. Plus at the end they suggest adding an egg to really finish the fondue as per Savoyard tradition! It's not a big restaurant or a chain restaurant, it's a small restaurant that tempts you and is accessible and warm. It's nice to come across restaurants like this with such pleasant managers and servers!! I recommend and I will definitely come back :)
