09/09/2026: Often imitated but never equaled.

03/09/2026: We had a reservation at 9:45 pm. As we ordered dessert an drinks, the waitress told us we have to leave immediately if we don’t order atleast one dish per person, because it’s not good for the profit of the restaurant if we don’t. While this is understandable, we would have liked to know, that you HAVE to spent a certain amount. And the way the waitress handled the situation was quite uncomfortable. If it would have been a nice atmosphere, we might have even ordered more. But telling paying customers to leave the table right now, because it’s not profitable is just not very nice.

28/04/2026: A varied and delicious cuisine, a wide selection, and a very friendly welcome.

19/08/2026: I went this morning and found the display case full of bees. Even so, I ordered a croissant which was good, but it wasn't enough to make me come back. The display case had several cake options, and those might make me return to reconsider this place.

11/08/2026: Lovely corner bakery open long hours with wonderful pastries and bread. The little quiches are delicious!

05/09/2026: A lovely spot for an afternoon ice cream (from Berthillon 😋)! I highly recommend the vanilla ice cream and the pear sorbet – they're excellent!! The service was quick and friendly. The decor is charming, and it's a bistro-style place near the Panthéon.

19/08/2026: My first French dinner in Paris! We didn’t reserved but the guy welcomed both in. The restaurant is quite busy at 6:30pm. Most of guests are from local. Both 12 snails starter, duck confit, and beef tartare are very tasty and special for us! 57 euros

04/10/2026: Hey! How about popping into KFC for a Krunchy for €2.50, as displayed on the Drive-Thru kiosk? Oh wait, no, it's not €2.50 anymore because the price has gone up! And you only realize it when you confirm your order. It's not the fault of the very friendly Drive-Thru attendant, nor the fault of the (Shift?) Manager… But there's no gesture of goodwill to apologize, and basically, you pay, and that's that. I therefore urge you to consult Article L. 112-1 of the French Consumer Code and update your prices immediately if you don't want to see other unhappy customers who, like us, leave without their Krunchy. Can we count on you, and especially on your business acumen, to match the price next time?

04/10/2026: No complaints about this Sunday brunch for a birthday celebration. Our group of 40, including children and babies, was fantastic, and everyone was delighted. The chef's suggestion to have coffee outside allowed us to extend the afternoon on the terrace. Highly recommended.

24/08/2026: The boulangerie is located in a former gas station building. Fantastically designed. Excellent quality products at reasonable prices. Very good coffee. There's even a baguette machine! I highly recommend it.

24/08/2026: Before stopping there on my holiday trip, I had read the reviews and I don't regret my stop. The bread and pastries I bought lived up to the positive reviews, and the man who served us was very friendly.

24/09/2026: Passing through again for a stopover during our trip to Bavaria, from September 8th to 9th. It was just like a few years ago. Perfect! Very friendly owner, warm atmosphere, and an excellent meal. I would gladly go back again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

06/09/2026: I really enjoyed the food; it's fresh and bistro-style. The service is pleasant and the terrace is inviting. The desserts are homemade, and I especially recommend the lemon meringue pie—it's absolutely delicious. The young waitress is friendly and wonderful. I highly recommend this place; it's far superior to so many others in Tours. Dining at La Dinette is a true pleasure.

03/09/2026: A great place we tried for lunch with friends. The prices are a bit high, but the quality is excellent and we had a very good meal. Special mention for the desserts, which are truly outstanding! I recommend the "café gourmand": you can choose three generous slices of tart from the menu, and that's fantastic. On the day we went, the staff seemed a bit rushed, with only one cook and two people in the dining room. The stress was noticeable, but it didn't spoil the meal.

06/10/2026: The venue is great! But that is more or less it. The food and drinks are overpriced. The service is quite bad. We were two women and two teenagers who came and ordered 6 entrees to share. The waitress told us that we needed to order at least one main dish per person. That then a) meant that we couldn’t / weren’t allowed to eat what we wanted from the menu but forced to order other dishes as well as b) had to order more food than we needed. Unfortunately that overshone that it is a really beautiful venue.

04/10/2026: A delightful discovery for celebrating a family birthday: refined, delicious, and seasonal cuisine, attentive service, pleasant setting – we had a wonderful time. There's a great atmosphere among the staff. A major plus: they offer a children's menu that's the same as the adult menu, but in smaller portions.

03/10/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful discovery at L’Écluse. A pleasant setting, refined cuisine using quality ingredients, and beautifully presented dishes. Attentive and professional service, with genuine warmth. A place I highly recommend and where I will gladly return.
