22/03/2026: Fantastic dinner at Ma Cuisine! We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and weren't disappointed at all! The service was impeccable and the entire team was incredibly friendly. We were seated at the bar and were able to watch the Breton chef preparing the dishes, listening to his commentary. The lamb shoulder was truly delicious, as was everything else. The ambiance and decor are modern and cozy. The price is rather high, but the experience is worth it. I highly recommend it!

The restaurant has undergone a complete makeover in recent months with Mathieu's return to the helm, and it's simply wonderful. 10/03/2026: We had a great time after the Paris half-marathon! The food was delicious and we had a lovely afternoon. There was a slight hiccup at the beginning of the service, but the end was much more pleasant thanks to a very friendly waiter. Special mention for the Spritz!

The lentil soup with foie gras as a starter was divine, and the venison as a main course was perfectly cooked and flavorful. It was truly a high-quality experience, ideal for a business lunch. 22/02/2026: We stopped for the baby squid, and it was excellent. We ordered the salmon tagliatelle, but there were bones in the fish. A minor issue with the wine: we ordered a Côtes de Provence rosé, but it wasn't the right bottle. Luckily, we pointed it out, otherwise we would have been charged the same price.

10/03/2026: Very satisfied (and pleasantly surprised). Passing through Paris, I stopped by this brasserie to see if they offered takeaway sandwiches. Not only did they, but they were generous, delicious, and incredibly affordable: €6! Well done, I'll be back.

27/02/2026: Quick service, friendly waitress, but a smile would have been nice. One dish arrived lukewarm, but I didn't say anything to avoid waste. There were three of us, and we were served three different dishes at the same time. All were good. The place is just a stone's throw from the Arc de Triomphe, on a street that's less expensive than a certain avenue… Go a little before noon if you want a table.

05/03/2026: The common areas are truly impressive: elegant, impeccably maintained, and very pleasant. You can really feel the care that has gone into the shared spaces. The staff is also very kind and attentive, with a special mention for Samuel at reception. His kindness, smile, and dedication to service truly made our stay memorable. When we went to collect bathrobes, he immediately sensed that something was wrong and spontaneously offered to move us to another room, without us even having to ask. A rare and very professional gesture. The new room had clearly been prepared in advance, and the scent was indeed very pleasant upon our arrival. Unfortunately, after returning from the restaurant, an unpleasant odor was again present in the room. Furthermore, the bathroom was rather dated. This is all the more disappointing because, given the expected standard of a Mercure hotel and the price charged, we hoped for a more consistent level of quality between the common areas and the guest rooms. Perhaps some rooms are currently being renovated—we saw some work being done at the back of the parking lot—but if so, it would be helpful if this had been mentioned when booking. Despite this, we had a great time: the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and all the staff were pleasant and attentive throughout our stay.
