04/07/2026: For an hour, we were no longer in Paris. A trip to the southwest for the duration of the meal, excellent service, perfect atmosphere, and dishes cooked exactly as we like them. The only downside is that it's closed in the evening, but frankly, who cares? This restaurant is worth the wait! 👌🏼

I particularly loved the apple tart, served with a generous scoop of melting ice cream in the center. It was the perfect ending to our meal. We will definitely be back. 21/07/2026: I am still completely overwhelmed by this evening ❤️ By the atmosphere. By the warmth. By every single moment. But above all, by the food. The fish was, without any exaggeration, the best we have ever eaten in our lives. And we are very fortunate to eat in excellent restaurants quite often, including Michelin-starred ones. But tonight was something entirely different. Every bite was an explosion of flavour. Not overdone, not artificially perfect, but honest, fresh and full of passion. This is exactly how you imagine France should taste. It felt as though we could taste the Côte d’Azur itself. Some evenings are simply impossible to put into words. This was one of them 🇫🇷🐟🍷

05/05/2026: I stay at the Hostellerie d’Alsace in Cernay two nights a week for business trips, and it has become a place I particularly appreciate. It’s a 3-star hotel with simple but very clean and comfortable rooms, offering everything you need to rest well after a day of work. The overall atmosphere is friendly and calm, which is really pleasant for regular stays. The hotel’s strongest point is undoubtedly the welcome: the staff are always attentive, helpful, and very accommodating. You quickly feel recognized and welcome. I also greatly appreciate the flexibility and the fact that, whenever possible, I’m given a quiet room overlooking the parking lot. The restaurant is also a very pleasant surprise: the food is truly delicious, and the hotel’s reputation in the area is well-deserved. A great way to discover local cuisine! Special mention also goes to the wine list, with Yvan the sommelier often introducing me to some excellent bottles! The half-board package at €89 is, in my opinion, unbeatable value for money. Breakfast is rather simple, but more than enough to start the day right. The only minor point to note is the lack of air conditioning in the summer, but this is quite bearable thanks to the fans provided in the rooms. In short, excellent value for money, a friendly staff, and a place I enjoy returning to every week.

22/07/2026: Authentic cuisine, simple yet delicate and flavorful, showcasing unpretentious skill that leaves you wanting more: you won't be disappointed by the food at this restaurant in the charming village of Loguivy-la-Metz. The service is friendly, welcoming, and discreet. The atmosphere: a bar-restaurant, or perhaps a restaurant-bar, but it's so pleasant to experience the authenticity of the place and its people.

18/05/2026: We had a wonderful time. The welcome, the service, the food—everything was perfect. We were told 8:45 pm, but they even called us to move it up to 8:30 pm, which suited us perfectly. Very nice.
