09/08/2024: Very good beef cheek, good appetizer of calamari alla provenzale and fish brandade. Excellent dessert. Excellent value for money. Wines in carafes, better the white. Excellent service, fast, friendly and nice. Pleasant atmosphere, rather large for Parisian stands.

12/06/2025: A very warm welcome, the staff is friendly and attentive.
The decor is warm and welcoming. A wide selection of beers, wine, whiskey, rum, and rum liqueurs are available.
Bottles of beer are deposited (discount on your next purchase if you return them), and cases are also deposited. Keg and beer machine rentals are available for your evenings at home.
Two areas: one for shopping and one for tasting.
There is also a terrace with tables and chairs. A dartboard is available next to the restrooms.
This establishment also offers a variety of evening events throughout the year (including afternoons).
Closing at 8:00 PM or 9:00 PM depending on the day of the week.
Small bells remind you of your last drink and to stop drinking.
I recommend it.

01/12/2024: Overpriced, mediocre service. The Chantilly cream was not homemade, although the menu indicated that it was homemade... The pregnant woman behind the bar baked waffles for us without observing basic hygiene rules: without gloves, she took the waffles with her bare hands and put them on a plate, simultaneously stuffing them into her mouth pieces and chewing in front of everyone. I don't recommend it!

09/07/2025: The welcome was disappointing. The chef refused to serve us in the dining room. So we ate outside on an unattractive roadside terrace with cobwebs on the tables stacked on the terrace. Ants on the table and cutlery on damp paper napkins. The small, faded red bistro tables are dreary and lacking in charm.
It's a real shame about the chef's welcome, as the food is good and the waitresses are charming and efficient.
06/07/2025: Very pleasant location just steps from the Seine. Covered terrace. Very professional and friendly staff. We opted for the set menu. Good foie gras, but the overall food was decent, and the quantity wasn't generous enough. The menu cost almost 50 euros, which is way too expensive for what was served.

I went there 3 times (1 lunch, 2 dinners), never disappointed.
09/08/2024: Très bien, un havre de paix au centre de Tulle, jardin à l'arrière de la maison de ville. Les plats sont excellents et servis en quantité plus que suffisante pour mon appétit, mais mon assiette était vide ! Service adapté à une ambiance décontractée. Et il faut signaler un restaurateur qui ne fait pas un coefficient de folie sur les vins, rare de nos jours, une bouteille de rosé, bon de surcroit à 16€, j'ai rajeuni de au moins 20 ans ! pas grâce au rosé... mais aux prix pratiqués 😉
A recommander et réservation conseillée, complet un midi en semaine

20/07/2024: We arrived after our last stage by bike (Bordeaux-Toulouse). We were 7 adults and a baby and we had a blast!!!
Everyone was very kind and understanding with us.
To start, we were helped to store the bicycles outside the restaurant; then...we adapted the formula of the day to one of us who is vegan; we were spoken to in Spanish to make it easier for some of us to understand... the kindness deserves more than 5 stars but then the meal... we ate very well.
The dishes are cooked with quality ingredients, very well chosen and the taste of all the dishes was extraordinary. The quantity was relevant and the atmosphere very nice.
We had a great time with friends and this meal ended our trip in the best way possible. Thank you very much for everything to the whole family (we don't know your first names but you were all great with us).
The price of the menu was also very reasonable, even inexpensive given the quality and taste of all the dishes.
