18/04/2026: The service was perfect. The only downside... when it's full, it's not very quiet, and it's hard to hear each other. But the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the homemade desserts are delicious. We'll be back!

11/04/2026: in Juan Les Pins there are a lot of beach front style restaurants but we have found a great genuine French tradition and stylish brasserie. They say 100 years old. Very nice atmosphere just by a pine tree park. Great outdoor and indoor seating. Medium expensive but well prepared food that delivers. Not a tourist trap.

25/04/2026: We've been going to this restaurant for 22 years and have never been disappointed. The food is excellent and original: the dishes are beautifully presented and exquisite. The menu changes several times a year, a great reason to try the different dishes made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The manager and his team are very welcoming. It's always a pleasure to go to this restaurant.

07/04/2026: A warm welcome on the phone and friendly, smiling staff in person – our waitress was great! 👍 The food was good, the prices were mixed, but the high VAT inflated the final bill. 😬 The portions are rather small, so remember to book.

05/05/2026: I stay at the Hostellerie d’Alsace in Cernay two nights a week for business trips, and it has become a place I particularly appreciate. It’s a 3-star hotel with simple but very clean and comfortable rooms, offering everything you need to rest well after a day of work. The overall atmosphere is friendly and calm, which is really pleasant for regular stays. The hotel’s strongest point is undoubtedly the welcome: the staff are always attentive, helpful, and very accommodating. You quickly feel recognized and welcome. I also greatly appreciate the flexibility and the fact that, whenever possible, I’m given a quiet room overlooking the parking lot. The restaurant is also a very pleasant surprise: the food is truly delicious, and the hotel’s reputation in the area is well-deserved. A great way to discover local cuisine! Special mention also goes to the wine list, with Yvan the sommelier often introducing me to some excellent bottles! The half-board package at €89 is, in my opinion, unbeatable value for money. Breakfast is rather simple, but more than enough to start the day right. The only minor point to note is the lack of air conditioning in the summer, but this is quite bearable thanks to the fans provided in the rooms. In short, excellent value for money, a friendly staff, and a place I enjoy returning to every week.

07/03/2026: Writing We went to eat at Le Dahu last night for our last day of vacation in Lélex, in the Jura region. The women had raclette and the men had a Jura fondue with 12-month aged Comté cheese: a real discovery, accompanied by a nice little white wine from the Jura. I enjoyed it like never before! It was the first time I'd ever had raclette made exclusively with Comté cheese, and I highly recommend it. Furthermore, neither the staff nor the owner had anything to complain about: we left the restaurant completely won over. A big thank you again to the owner for his kind gesture (with the white wine). I recommend this establishment.

09/05/2026: A delightful moment: delicious Camargue oysters, sea bass tartare, and pistachio gelato to finish. Good value for money. Friendly service. A wonderful time on a panoramic terrace. What more could you ask for?
