30/06/2025: A great “Back from the Market” experience with affordable prices and quality dishes.

17/06/2025: Excellent cuisine, sublime, very tasty, with an abundance of flavors. For our 40th wedding anniversary, we had the 7-course menu, with wine pairing. It was divine, exceeding our expectations, and even more. Bravo to the chef and his team; the Michelin star is well-deserved.

22/02/2026: Absolutely perfect 🤩 The chestnut starter was delicious, even though it's a simple dish, yet so surprisingly flavorful. The frog legs offer something for everyone, I loved them! And the mandarin dessert... I was completely won over; I think I can still taste that tangy flavor. And the new tea-based aperitif... well, you've made my evening wonderful.

28/02/2026: We absolutely loved this restaurant! We ate there as a family and everyone was delighted. The food is delicious, the portions generous, and the welcome warm. The service is impeccable, and the waiters are attentive. The Savoyard fondue with Comté cheese and the tartiflette were to die for! A must-try for a great time with family or friends.

01/03/2026: We ate there on Thursday at lunchtime. We had a wonderful time. The meal was excellent and the prices quite reasonable. Special mention goes to the waitress who was friendly and well-organized. She even took the time between customers to take a photo when she was standing in the distance and saw us struggling 😅 We didn't have a chance to thank her at the end of our shift, so here it is 😉

We arrived armed with approximately three words of French and a lot of optimism, but the waitress was an absolute star—patient, friendly, and somehow able to understand our chaotic pointing and enthusiastic nodding. The food? Proper hearty, comforting stuff. The kind that feels like a hug from someone who insists you haven’t eaten enough. And speaking of “enough”… they do NOT mess around with the cheese. If you like your meals lightly sprinkled, look away now—this is full commitment, no regrets, cheese-forward dining. Somewhere, a cow is very proud of this restaurant. The atmosphere was wonderfully convivial—buzzing, warm, and the sort of place where everyone seems to be having a great time, even if (like us) they’re not entirely sure what they just ordered. It felt relaxed and welcoming rather than stuffy, which made the whole experience even better. All in all: great service, generous portions, and a cheese policy I can fully get behind. Would absolutely come back—next time with slightly better French… or just the same strategy and a big smile.

07/03/2026: Nice discovery. Very welcoming place. The food was excellent.(Garlic shrimps and welsh) We were also lucky to get some seat because at around 8pm, it was full. Better to book. If we come back to Malo, we surely stop there again

31/01/2026: A superb place to take a break after skiing; the cakes are delicious, the waitress is very kind and helpful. I gave it 4 stars because of the lack of space, but that's due to the place's popularity, which I can understand—all the tables are full.

15/03/2026: We had a delicious meal. In this restaurant, they make everything themselves, and you can taste it. A nice starter with fish balls and a dip. Tasty Mediterranean fish as the main course and a beautiful lemon tart for dessert. Prompt service and a reasonable price. We will be back.

24/01/2026: Extremely limited opening hours! We made a reservation for four people on a Friday evening at 8:30 pm (a perfectly reasonable time, in my opinion). The restaurant's response: "Better 8 pm because the kitchen closes after that."... As a result, we went to eat elsewhere. It's a real shame because we truly appreciate this restaurant, which offers quality dishes (which is why I gave it 4/5 stars). Should we make an effort with our opening hours or find another line of work?... 🤷🏼‍♂️

11/03/2026: I hope it's as welcoming as it was when I went before. The menu offers a good selection, but not too much. Excellent value for money. The interior decor is pleasant, and there's a lovely shaded outdoor terrace overlooking the Gruissan lagoon. Definitely worth a visit, as everything is delicious.
