29/03/2026: We've been to this restaurant several times; the food is excellent, and the service is too, except this time. The service was provided by trainees who took away our appetizers before we'd even started. It was the same with the main course; one of us hadn't finished, while the trainee cleared the table quickly.
Everything was very rushed; we didn't have time to enjoy it. It was the first time we'd introduced our cousins to this restaurant.
What a shame.

A small gift to thank guests for their stay would be a nice touch.
Commends for the breakfast: high-quality pastries.
The grounds are superb.

09/08/2026: Excellent restaurant. We had a wonderful meal. Impeccable and friendly service. The staff is very welcoming, and a special mention goes to the gentleman in the dining room who took such good care of us and offered our dachshund a portion of Comté cheese, which he devoured. The Mercure Hotel and its restaurant will definitely be a regular stop on our holiday road trips. See you soon!

A sparkling wine by the glass (which I appreciate!), a crème brûlée with Grand Marnier... Mmm... a delight. There are only two of them... Aurore's service is perfect, very well organized. As I would have liked to say, "Moi!" Admiration to the chef! Impeccable cleanliness. It's a pleasure to meet true professionals. Yes, you're almost at a Michelin star. Mrs. Simplot
