15/09/2026: The food is refined and beautifully presented; they have an excellent young chef. The weekday lunch menu, priced under €20, offers only one main course (so no choice), with only a selection of starters and desserts (which were delicious), which is a shame. On the other hand, the service is mediocre: regular customers are treated better than tourists. During service, the waitress held the knife points just centimeters from the customer. She also served our dishes to another table without apologizing when she brought them back. As for the young waiter, when we arrived, he saw us but stayed behind the bar; I had to go over to him for him to attend to us, although he was very friendly. Finally, he forgot to set the cutlery with the dessert. Furthermore, there is sometimes a bit of a wait when there is only one person serving. We ate very well, but we found the welcome and service a little disappointing...

23/09/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant while strolling through Chinon, and it's a real gem! The food is absolutely delicious and the service is top-notch. From the decor to the dishes, everything is refined. We highly recommend it.

26/09/2026: We had a excellent meal at La Table. The food was a wonderful mixture of tastes and textures and we really enjoyed our 3 course menu. Service was great and we had a chat with the chef at the end which is always a treat.

25/09/2026: Needing a break during this crazy day, this café was a breath of fresh air. The ladies who work there are very kind and welcoming. I had the €5 deal: three "cat's paws" (a type of pastry). There are several flavors to choose from, and I got black sesame, taro, and chestnut. I also had a black sesame latte. Everything was very good, not at all sweet, and the "cat's paws" were more substantial than they looked. They also have savory versions. I recommend this café, and don't hesitate to follow them on Instagram.

23/08/2026: Incredible refuge: everything is very comfortable, clean, and pleasant. Plenty of activities available and easy access. The atmosphere is family-friendly, and the people who run the place contribute to that. The food is delicious too! A truly wonderful discovery.

21/09/2026: We had a terrible experience. Altough the waiter was friendly and the venue was not to bad, the food was terrible. We couldn't believe all the good reviews. We had the chorizo croquettes but they were very dry, the filet mignon was overcooked and also very dry, the risotto wasn't a risotto but a pasta and the desert had no taste at all. I'm sorry to tell this but the food was worthless. Than we had a group menu and the wines were included (one bottle per 3 pers.). We had to pay the bill and all of a sudden, the wines were no longer included. I won't recommand it to anyone.
