29/11/2025: We went there several times about 35 years ago!!! We were young 🙃 We found this restaurant by chance while on holiday in Argelès. I see the menu hasn't changed at all, incredible!!! The owner who served us back then 😉 always said, "And here are the trout from the Gorges de la Fou!" 😊 It was delicious 😋😋 and very welcoming. My husband and I are so happy that this unassuming little restaurant is still going strong in the charming little village of Corsavy... Nostalgia, nostalgia 🥲

We met with the caterer beforehand, which allowed him to ask all the necessary questions about my requirements (service, cold buffet, but also the logistical aspects: timing, room layout, etc.). We received nothing but praise from our guests: quality of the food, originality, service, friendliness, efficiency, etc. The caterer was able to adapt at the last minute to a slight delay due to speeches and managed the service so that everyone could have lunch on time, without rushing anyone. A top-notch professional!

05/02/2026: We hired Artisan Traiteur Toulouse for a convention. They provided catering for a lunchtime cocktail reception. The experience was fantastic! The canapés were high-quality, delicate, and absolutely delicious. The feedback from our guests was unanimous! The best part was arriving well in advance to set everything up smoothly and without causing any disruption (and then cleaning up afterwards), and providing service throughout the entire lunch break. I highly recommend them!

02/02/2026: The brunch menu is excellent and great value for money. The toasts are made on focaccia-style bread, which is incredibly soft and looks fantastic! The French toast is absolutely delicious!

16/04/2026: Visited this restaurant for lunch today. The menu offered no vegetarian dishes and only one vegetarian starter, which I ordered in a large size (soft-boiled egg with mushroom sauce), mentioning that I have allergies to certain condiments. In the end, none of the dishes were suitable, so I literally just ordered the soft-boiled eggs and asparagus with a salad and fries (no price indicated). I ended up with two overcooked soft-boiled eggs, four plain asparagus spears (dressed with a drizzle of olive oil), a small salad (an extra €5 not mentioned by the waiter), and a few fries (another extra €5 not mentioned by the waiter) for the total of €30… And don't even get me started on the waiter's snort when I had the misfortune of asking for fries because I had nothing to eat. I do not recommend this place and will not be returning! Although my friends' meals were good, the service and willingness to accommodate dietary needs were clearly lacking. Offering vegetarian dishes is the bare minimum!!
