24/10/2024: Restaurant très décevant la qualité n'est plus celle des débuts, le rapport quailté prix n'y est pas.. pour rungis ou il y a beaucoup de choix.. s'est mi à faire des plats à emporter très moyen ..

17/10/2024: Un très bon accueil. Le repas était délicieux, de l’entrée au dessert. C’est rare que je trouve des plats aussi bons & bien assaisonnés. Le carpaccio de tomates était incroyable & le tartare de bœuf était exquis. Je ne peux que recommander ce restaurant.

12/01/2026: A truly wonderful discovery at Clos Jeannon! The setting is elegant and welcoming, the service attentive, and the dishes absolutely delicious, as beautiful as they are tasty. You can taste the care taken with the ingredients and the flavor combinations. An address I wholeheartedly recommend for a wonderful evening. We will gladly return!

16/11/2025: Very friendly and helpful staff! Well-equipped, private, and quiet rooms! All for a very reasonable price. On-site parking and in the evening, you can take a short walk if you like! 15 minutes from the city center/5km. The bed was very wide at 180cm, just the way we like it. Very clean room. The breakfast was pleasant and worth the price. We will be back. Thank you!

17/11/2024: Discovery of the relay through word of mouth A magnificent place, with a pleasant room, tastefully decorated and offering a warm atmosphere. As for the meal, we were disappointed with the lack of flavors. The mushroom crust lacked any sauce or juice: the mushrooms seemed to have simply been pan-fried to be disgorged, then placed on a slice of bread. Creamed chicken with vin jaune sauce had the same problem: the wine hadn't had time to cook, leaving the sauce too runny. What a shame! However, the crayfish gratin was delicious and tasty, a real treat. A big positive point for the wine: it was perfect, especially the straw wine, which was a very nice discovery.

13/11/2024: We discovered this charming establishment. The decoration is sober and elegant. The dishes are delicious, refined and cooked with fresh produce (which is becoming increasingly rare), the service is impeccable. Everything was perfect, we will come back without hesitation.

01/11/2025: Great food. The menu changes daily. A particular standout are the soups and beverages. Staff were extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful!

17/09/2025: Popped in here for a coffee and decided to come back for some food. The coffee was very good, the food was simple and very tasty. Add to that really good service and I'd say this is worth a visit 😀

30/05/2025: We were welcomed at 2:30 p.m. on Ascension Day weekend for a meal on the terrace. The meal was good, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was good with a bit of music.

19/08/2025: A wonderful discovery. Efficient service with a warm welcome. The dishes were delicious and of very good quality. I particularly enjoyed a succulent tielle and a homemade Bounty and chocolate mousse, a real treat! The prices are affordable. I highly recommend this restaurant; you won't be disappointed.

12/01/2026: We have passed a thousand times, and in the warm months enjoyed seeing the area in front of the theater crowded and buzzing with life…but we never stopped. We were taken by friends on a chilly winter day, and absolutely surprised by the beauty of the interior space and the simplicity and taste of the food. No fuss, great service, so impressed…might go back tomorrow!

29/11/2025: Pleasantly surprised by the deviled eggs served on a bed of mashed potatoes, I then eagerly awaited the shrimp rougail, but the dish arrived with a musty smell. All I could see were unpeeled shrimp, bland, tasteless rice swimming in a broth they called rougail. After asking for a container for the shrimp scraps, I noticed a mealy taste. I left the dish and asked for the bill. The restaurant owner didn't question anything and gave me a discount on the menu because I hadn't ordered the cheese.

03/12/2025: If you pay close attention, you'll sense the unspoken invitation from the men in the dining room to join in a devotion to the cook, who works with the generosity and love of a mother. But how does she manage to produce such a menu at this price? It almost seems inappropriate to leave a tip after such a gift. Love can't be bought.

11/11/2025: The best value for money I've found in Nîmes in the last 10 years for a lunchtime restaurant. A simple, family-style menu, a price under €15, and delicious home-style cooking...what a treat! I highly recommend it.

31/10/2025: What a delightful surprise! This establishment is both a gourmet grocery store and an art gallery. You might hesitate to go in at first, but you'll quickly find the chef! He's right there in front of you, at the stove, preparing your meal live. A selection of daily specials. A wonderful discovery and delicious food.
