06/09/2024: Really quality cuisine, with real research into the sauces. A super accessible chef (Claire) who loves her job, you can see (and feel) it on the plates! Flawless, from aperitif to dessert. Really homemade, which is increasingly rare, and high quality local products. We tasted the gratin of ravioli with Queyras blue cheese, a treat and very hearty, the absolutely divine homemade Burger (with its candied onions, homemade bun, excellent meat cooked to perfection, with Queyras blue cheese), the duck breast with sauce with red fruits, and tiramisu. The plates are very generous. Very good wines (and good food and wine pairing advice from our waitress), and the icing on the cake: an excellent génep. A great discovery, the Guillestrin will undoubtedly see us again!

31/08/2024: Excellent ! Quality service and refined and succulent dishes at the same time! Beautiful atmosphere with the intervention of a piano/voice (Airs group). I highly recommend the sea sauerkraut and the couscous-style lamb shank! The desserts are subtly prepared and also excellent!! Looking forward to discovering the menu even more..!!

30/08/2024: The name can be misleading because the bistro is a restaurant Good products, well presented, well cooked and well served with just enough diversity to please as many people as possible Stop on the road to Le Touquet, a good surprise awaits you in this establishment😍

10/01/2026: Very good. The architecture and rooms are unremarkable, but everything is functional. Good restaurant. The spa is pleasant.

06/01/2026: Superb hotel, both inside and out. Pleasant and attentive staff. Very nice rooms, great breakfast. Excellent service, a true 5 stars. The only major drawback is the adjoining establishments: the bar/restaurant and the gourmet restaurant. Two bad experiences that make me deduct a star from my overall rating. I don't know if I'll return because of this.

13/11/2025: Very nice hotel, I've been going there for 5 years, maybe even years, and I've never been disappointed. Very secure hotel, gate closed every night, conveniently located near Toulouse. I highly recommend it. Very friendly staff.

02/09/2024: Ideal to go with children and dogs. Large garden with games (soccer goal, volleyball net, petanque, ping-pong, table football, trampoline for jumping) and swimming pool. Large and comfortable rooms. It is close to the Lescar shopping centers.

02/11/2025: After a 4-day overnight stay, I encountered a fantastic team, incredibly kind and professional. The setting is very pleasant. Parking is available. There's a traditional restaurant on site, serving quality cuisine with generous portions. The room was classic, with comfortable beds. It's located near places to visit. I highly recommend this hotel.

03/04/2025: First restaurant tested in Marseille and a good experience! I chose the 2 choices and 1 dessert formula. The mushroom and almond soup was very good and mild, and the rice with chickpea omelette and fried onions was simple but effective. The coconut blancmange with caramel (vegan) was fresh and not too sweet. I found the service very fast despite the crowds.

29/12/2024: While passing through Soreze, we tasted refined and excellent dishes. Homemade.. salmon, seafood gratin, capon medallion.. and with a super rum baba for dessert.. to discover without hesitation..

16/12/2024: Passing through Dourgne on Sunday lunchtime, lunch was excellent, rare these days to find fine and sought-after traditional cuisine, very good value for money, I will come back on purpose to taste another menu, excellent welcome and fast service despite a full room, nothing to say about perfection.
