03/05/2026: Loved this artsy little wine bar restaurant book store. Food was wonderful; I think the kitchen is with le philosophes across the street. Nice wine list, good music, interesting patrons, loved it all.

08/04/2026: I had a great time at this restaurant, reasonable prices. The entrance is where the bar is. Tapas. Wines. Tables too. At the back there is a lovely little room where you can eat more calmly. For me, the portions were perfect. I hate going to a restaurant to fill myself up. The atmosphere is casual. Bohemian but not over the top. You can socialize, the people are friendly. Banish the myth of the unfriendly French. Empathy must flow. The food is good but it is not the super haute cuisine culinary experience that some expect. It is good and French. I don't give it 5 stars because perfection doesn't exist!

We arrived around 1:39 PM and were told that service was already over, even though it wasn't yet 2 PM, and were only offered cold cuts when we wanted fish. Beyond that, the reception and certain attitudes left us with a very negative impression and a feeling of being disregarded. We did not enjoy the experience.

17/05/2026: This restaurant comes highly recommended. They offer a small, concise menu with delicious, freshly prepared local dishes, cooked by the owner himself. A new seasonal menu is created every two weeks. Reservations are essential.

17/05/2026: Passing through with my sister, we stopped at the restaurant for the first time. We ordered a main course and a starter. The lady's welcome was preferential and selective, while her husband was friendly. The meal was very good, and we enjoyed it, except that at the end I found a hair in my plate. I informed the waitress, and there was total silence, not even an apology. I had no ill intentions; I paid because I ate even with the hair. To avoid attracting the attention of other customers, I preferred to call for an explanation. I found myself facing an aggressive and angry couple. His wife accused me before hanging up on me, saying that she was a redhead. I have black hair, and the hair in question was lighter and finer. I called the husband back, and he answered just as angrily, saying they didn't have time, that they were in the middle of service. Anyway, this time I was the one who hung up after saying that the least he could do was apologize. They don't ask for anything more. So please be careful with your food.

17/05/2026: Bad choice :( One waitress would be better off in a brasserie, she spoke so loudly and moved around so much; the second, a newbie, didn't even know how to open a bottle of wine. The somewhat kitschy hotel decor was also disappointing. The clientele is on half-board or full-board for groups of elderly people.

The atmosphere was noisy as we were seated next to a large table. Overall, I was disappointed considering the restaurant's reputation.
