04/04/2026: Perhaps I was just unlucky, but I got a mild case of food poisoning from the cod curry. It's very frustrating to pay almost €50 and end up feeling sick. When in doubt, there should be no doubt.

21/04/2026: Le P’tit Canon is the perfect place to share a good meal with friends in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The dishes are delicious and the wine list has some excellent selections to complement the meal. A friendly place that I happily recommend!

Impeccable service: the manager and waitress are lovely!
The place is very welcoming and peaceful: the impressive heart-shaped nature decor and the terrace overlooking the lake are relaxing, and it's lovely to hear the birds.

02/04/2026: Looking for a 4-day solo getaway without a car at the end of March, I found the perfect hotel:
- very well located: all shops, cinema, and bus station are less than a 5-minute walk away; hiking trails start from a 10-minute walk.
- half-board or full-board options available (perfect after hiking);
- simple hotel and rooms (hence the attractive price) but it has everything you need;
- the best part: attentive owners and a friendly, family atmosphere

06/03/2026: We tried the snack bar as a couple and had a wonderful time: excellent cocktails, delicious, generous, and fresh food (truffle brie burger and pulled pork burger), and a fantastic, warm welcome. We definitely plan to go back, but this time to try the restaurant. We also really liked the decor and atmosphere.
16/02/2026: Disappointment... No accompaniments with the aperitif, meager starters, unoriginal and bland main courses.
Desserts were acceptable but small portions... We do not recommend!

13/04/2026: I booked this hotel as part of a trip to Puy du Fou a while ago. The staff are very friendly and the restaurant is definitely worth a visit! I recommend it every time my friends go. Food lovers will adore it.
09/04/2026: A charming hotel with a lovely patio, the room decor was superb, and the bathroom was truly luxurious. The hotel was quiet and offered excellent value for money. The only downside was that the single bed was quite narrow, which prevented me from getting the restful night I'd hoped for. 😉 Highly recommended.

23/04/2026: Patricia and Olivier are very welcoming and attentive. As for the culinary specialties, they are a real treat: refined traditional cuisine, sometimes with a successful modern twist. A carefully curated wine cellar at very reasonable prices. Excellent value for money! I particularly recommend the tripe à la mode de Caen, of which Olivier has been a true expert for many years!
