27/09/2024: Un accueil des plus chaleureux par (C)ARINE qui a été autant professionnelle qu'agreable + repas de qualité qui a ravi nos papilles = un dîner ce 25/09 absolument parfait à tous les niveaux avec en prime une petite dégustation en guise d'apero de Gillardeau, la Rolce des huitres, effet "Wahou " garanti ! Un grand BRAVO à la brigade et encore un grand MERCI à Carine pour sa gentillesse. Belle découverte, adresse à conserver précieusement. Excellente continuation à toute l'équipe et surtout ne changez rien pour notre plus grand plaisir gustatif ! Carine et Alain

17/09/2024: Après plusieurs expériences concluantes pour le dîner, on a testé (et approuvé !) la formule du déjeuner. Simple mais efficace, de bons produits bien cuisinés (hampe sauce poivre et frites, harengs pommes à l'huile...). Avec en prime l'accueil pro et charmant de Laura, et un service très agréable (merci Sarah et Matis!)

21/06/2025: A family-run hotel that does everything it can to ensure you have a pleasant stay in this seaside resort. The rooms are clean but basic. The breakfast is varied and plentiful.

02/01/2026: Perfect restaurant from start to finish, very warm welcome, very friendly waitress, the place is very clean and inviting. The crepes are delicious. I highly recommend it!!

18/12/2025: Very warm welcome. The plates were very generous, and the waitress gave excellent advice for the children. No waste! She suggested a less expensive galette (savory buckwheat crepe) so the child could have dessert. 🍨 The chef was fantastic, well done! Little wait, the whole table was served at the same time, and the waitress was excellent. Fair price. We left with a roudoudou (a type of hard candy) and, for me, a violet candy, a childhood favorite. The welcome, the food, the service, the price—everything was top-notch. Well done! I highly recommend it.

05/09/2025: This September 4th, there were two of us on a terrace for a beer and a shandy, I gave a €20 note, I received the change, I didn't check and later I realized that I had been cheated out of €10... I invite customers to check carefully and not to trust them too much! because without a receipt it's difficult to go back and complain!

25/08/2025: I came to the place on Saturday, August 23rd with a colleague and 2 residents with disabilities. We had been to Carrefour before to buy something to eat and drink for the residents. We sat down and asked for the menu. So far, no problems. The waitress then came back to take our order, I kindly told her that we were going to have 2 cafés crème and also asked if we could have glasses and spoons for the residents. The waitress said yes, and asked me what she was putting in the glasses. I told her that we had already bought what was needed for them, the waitress told me that it was not possible because it was a bar and that here we served drinks. In principle, I could understand. The waitress then went to see her boss who from the beginning did not deign to say hello, so in terms of friendliness we will pass. And the person starts yelling "Oh no, out of the question, it doesn't work like that in the bars in Charleville" that's all, I tell the waitress that we're leaving. I spoke to several of my colleagues who told me that she had no problem having only a coffee, and having already bought what was needed for the residents, so I don't understand at all why we were refused for things that had already been accepted with others. Rudeness, no friendliness and disrespect from the woman who yelled in the restaurant. My colleague and I were shocked, I do not recommend it at all.

25/01/2025: Disastrous service. Disgusting desserts. I asked for an infusion, and was served a mint tea so bitter that I wanted to vomit. It was undrinkable. My May ordered a tarte Tatin but he was served apple compote with crème fraîche. So we asked for the bill. The waitress told us yes, I'll let you go first and I'll come back, she came back 20 minutes later with a ticket for €62 which wasn't ours??? And what's more, she dared to be unpleasant, we will have seen everything really unacceptable.

25/01/2025: Superb place with very good cuisine. The servers are very nice. I really enjoyed the wild ice toast. I really recommend this place.

01/11/2025: We were very well received, the menu isn't extensive, but everything from A to Z was exceptional, great value for money.

02/11/2025: We were greeted by a very friendly and professional waitress who led us to a beautifully decorated and welcoming dining room. All the dishes were excellent, tastefully presented, and served on warm plates, which isn't always the case. For dessert, the Grand Marnier soufflé was exceptional, magnificent, and delicious—a rare find indeed. A huge congratulations to the whole team! It was well worth the 100km round trip we made; we're ready to go back! 👏👏

26/01/2026: Excellent place. The food was excellent. The service was impeccable, the waitresses/waitresses were very friendly and attentive. We had a lovely time. I recommend "Chez Grand-Mère," it's an excellent Lyonnais bouchon.

26/01/2026: Busy and nice looking restaurant. I had brilliant Pinot Noir there. But the food I had was average. Soupe à l'ognion super basic. Coq au vin cooked a long time before. Everything heated up before serving and actually served barely warm.
