The waitress was very nice and attentive, she immediately noticed that I didn't speak French, and called a colleague who spoke English. The prices are not low, but as in France and at a gas station on the highway, they are really reasonable, I recommend it. I will definitely come back again

25/03/2026: Discovered by chance, this restaurant has become our go-to spot whenever we're in Caen for medical appointments or during difficult times. The welcome and service are top-notch, even when the restaurant is full. The chef, who can be seen working in the kitchen, consistently demonstrates his talent by updating the daily menu and offering well-prepared dishes in generous portions. In short, a place to remember, where reservations are recommended and the staff is efficient and friendly.

12/04/2026: Everything was perfect: the welcome, the service, and the food! We ordered a sirloin steak and a ribeye steak; they were cooked exactly as we wanted, and the meat was excellent quality! We will definitely be back!

12/04/2026: Horrible. They served me a sirloin steak that was as flat as a shoe leather and weighed maybe 100 grams. A Coke without ice. And burnt coffee. A disgrace in front of La Villette.

23/04/2026: I sat down at a table thinking I'd have time to eat. The restaurant is right across from the train station, perfect for taking my time and being close to my departure time. My train was canceled at the last minute, so in a panic, I got up and had to leave the restaurant without even being able to order anything. A waitress approached me to ask what I wanted, and in the panic of my train, I told her I didn't know. She very kindly told me to take my time and let her know if I needed anything. I wasn't able to let her know, or even tell her that I wouldn't be eating there after all. I feel so sorry about that. The waitress, a lady with very straight brown hair and almond-shaped eyes, deserves all the Google stars in the world, in any case. I'll definitely come back, one day when the SNCF (French National Railways) decides not to cancel my train without warning, and I'm sure I'll give it 5 stars again.

19/04/2026: We didn't have a chance to judge since we weren't served... we waited over 15 minutes on the terrace, and the waiter completely ignored us... we went somewhere else...

27/02/2026: I ordered a lemon chicken tagine on Uber Eats under the name Walida, with bread added for an extra charge. What I received was a sort of chicken boiled in water with a runny sauce and raw carrots… It was the worst tagine I've ever eaten because it wasn't really a tagine at all… just steamed chicken with carrots and two pieces of bread… a far cry from the hearty and flavorful dish I was expecting! It was more like hospital food for a patient on a diet. Very disappointing! I definitely do not recommend it!

03/05/2026: The worst experience ever. We were waiting for about 20 min so someone will put attention on us and give us a table. When we finally got a table we were ignored for another 20 min to make an order. When we were ordering food (3 persons from 4ordered salad) we were told that they don’t have enough ingredients to make 3 salads so we have to choose something else. Water that they have brought to the table was dirty! When we were supposed to pay their terminal was blocked and they have sent us to a closest ATM to get cash. Food by itself was ok. Crazy.
