17/01/2026: It's always a pleasure to return to La Taverne Rustique. The menus offer unbeatable value for money, featuring fresh, local produce. They also have excellent wines and delicious homemade desserts! The setting is lovely, both inside and out (the restaurant is nestled in the charming village of Saint Chef, with its rich heritage). The service is top-notch! Don't hesitate, I highly recommend it – you won't be disappointed! 😋🤩

17/01/2026: Nine years later, I went back and everything was just as it had been, nothing had changed. The food was delicious, the place unique, the staff pleasant. Monique, with her notes in hand, made us happy to return, but without leaving so much time!!

06/12/2025: Excellent restaurant; we had a true gastronomic journey. The dishes are all meticulously prepared, succulent, and beautifully presented without ever being pretentious. Don't miss the stuffed cabbage under any circumstances! Every detail adds a touch of quality, from the appetizers to the bread and even the accompanying butter (thank you to the waiter for recognizing my appetite and offering me a second helping). Speaking of service, it was also impeccable. In short, not a single flaw, a truly wonderful gastronomic experience. We haven't dined at many restaurants at this price point, but this is the first time we've found it justified. We'll definitely be back.

14/11/2025: A truly wonderful culinary experience at L'Aubergade. The menu was excellent, from starter to main course to dessert (scallops, cod, etc.). The dishes were creative and refined, showcasing inventiveness in the best possible way! Numerous savory and sweet amuse-bouches and accompaniments offered delightful discoveries of flavors and combinations. And you certainly didn't leave hungry :) The dining room is lovely. No photos, we were too engrossed in the tasting! But everything was beautifully presented. All the best.

28/01/2026: The food was too salty, the menu was incredibly long, and not everything could be homemade. They clearly used frozen ingredients, especially the dry and tasteless salmon paupiettes. I didn't want to say anything so as not to disappoint my friends. But I definitely wouldn't go back and I don't recommend it. The staff were friendly. It was quite noisy.

19/01/2026: Not worth the detour; the menu is ridiculously long to be honest... The salmon paupiettes are a disaster: very dry and heavy, completely tasteless, straight from the freezer. The dishes are far too salty. It's the first time I've ever been charged extra for vegetables with rice! I didn't say anything so as not to disappoint my friends. The gravlax was nothing like the oily kind; I know how to make it using the original recipe, it was completely different.

28/11/2025: Nothing to complain about from start to finish. Charming and very friendly staff, very good food... we will be back. Special mention to the young waitress with a great sense of humor.

10/06/2025: Reasonably good food. The tables are VERY close together. The flowers on the table were unfortunately wilted and the same piano concerto was playing as music. Reasonably OK but there are still some points for improvement.

27/01/2026: Excellent crepes with delicious and generous homemade toppings: a real treat! Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Open even on Sunday afternoons, a great outing idea. A big thank you to Christelle for her hospitality. An address to remember!

02/01/2026: I had a raclette crepe, Irish coffee, an iwan and a craft beer; I wasn't disappointed, it's a 10/10 from start to finish.

28/01/2026: It's a shame to join groups like Wonderbox and then refuse bookings at certain times of the year… it's either accept it all the time or don't accept it at all. For reasons like that alone, I wouldn't go to this establishment, with or without Wonderbox.

19/01/2026: A mixed experience. The hotel entrance is poorly signposted and the surroundings are noisy, with a direct view of a busy road, which clearly detracts from the relaxing experience one expects from an establishment of this type. The spa lacks privacy due to its proximity to other guests, and the services offered are limited. The lack of sandals is regrettable. Massage appointments were listed as fully booked due to staff shortages, which is disappointing when you specifically reserve for these services. The restaurant is noisy and expensive considering the quality offered. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait for our table to be set, which was clearly not anticipated. Breakfast was also disappointing: limited selection, missing cutlery, a wait due to the coffee machine being updated, and cold scrambled eggs. Nothing particularly memorable or well-prepared. Overall, the experience falls short of the expectations raised by the hotel's presentation and positioning.

16/04/2025: Very good meal, the dishes are generous, the flavors are there, I ate a very tasty beef picanha, cooked well and hot plate ideal for finishing a dish that is still hot! In addition, it's interesting to work with this kind of pieces rather than the eternal sirloin or steak which are pieces with less interest that many restaurants do! Very pleasant service and warm atmosphere. THANKS

09/12/2025: I used to be a regular customer at Les 3 Brasseurs, however, I won't be going back. I used to go there for their Welsh rarebit sausage, which was very good. Since the Welsh rarebit sausage was no longer on the menu, I asked if it was possible to add another sausage for an extra charge. They told me it would be €1.50 extra, then a minute later they said €3. I told the waitress that I had been told €1.50, except we were right next to the bar. The bartender told his colleague, "If he's not happy, he can just eat at Buffalo Grill." Nice! Anyway, I received my Welsh rarebit sausage, as I'm a regular customer, and this time, as if by magic, it was inedible. So, this is the first time this has happened to me at this restaurant, and I'm really, really unhappy.

09/12/2025: We had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was great and the setting very pleasant. The food was delicious and Paul's service was excellent. The team was very attentive and responsive to their customers. We went back in November. Cécile gave us a very warm welcome. Very professional!
