27/03/2026: What can I say? The rooms are clean and quite spacious, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's well located, and the breakfast is excellent. For cyclists, bikes are securely stored at the hotel overnight. The price is very reasonable considering the area and location.

27/06/2025: A truly special moment. While searching for a restaurant to celebrate my birthday, I stumbled upon this place. The welcome was perfect, the dishes succulent and beautifully presented. A wide selection of dishes made with only fresh, expertly prepared ingredients. The cooking was flawless, and the sauces and side dishes were perfectly balanced. As a chef myself, I can assure you that the chef and his team will undoubtedly delight your taste buds. It just goes to show that sometimes things happen for a reason. 04/02/2026: For two years we've stayed in the chalets; the welcome was fantastic, and the accommodation was always clean and ready for sleeping. We'll be back next year! I highly recommend it.

28/01/2026: Everything went very smoothly, from the warm welcome on arrival to the key handover on departure. The Belle Fleurie apartment was ideal for us, as we were traveling as a couple with our dog. Although relatively small, it offers ample storage space for skis, boots, etc., in the entryway. For other clothing, there are several closets and a wardrobe. The apartment is in excellent condition. We highly recommend it.

01/05/2026: The location is OK, feels like your sitting right next to traffic without a particularly rewarding view. But drinking a Saint Germain spritz on the street in Saint Germain is nice. Also, water is expensive here (6.40 euro for 50 cL) but what can you do? Quick service, good drink, free nuts.

25/04/2026: Very nice experience. We dined inside, just to avoid the inevitable street noise. Lea, our waiter, easily handled our broken French and switched to English. We enjoyed the teriyaki salmon and lamb chops, well prepared and in surprisingly large portions with simple, good sides. We also enjoyed the molten chocolate cake and a properly made Irish coffee. Prices were typical of bistros in the 6th ar., but I found the quality of the food and service to be far above average.
