This evening, we discovered the new outdoor terrace. Eating generous and authentic cuisine while listening to the gurgling of the fountain was a truly relaxing experience. A pure delight.

12/10/2025: We had Zdel from Clermont and the fondue from the Auberge was really good, luckily we didn't have a starter or dessert, it was generous and I couldn't finish it. Very good atmosphere, we were made to feel at ease, the waiter had a great gift of the gab, we had a good laugh, we'll do it again, thanks to them for our first evening in the Doubs, if we come back there we'll go back, well done

We happened to be there during their special couscous weekend. It was delicious, we ate very well, and we had a wonderful time.
Everything is homemade with fresh ingredients.

23/01/2026: I came with a friend, we were served by Sofiane, he is very pleasant, takes the time for you even though he is running around everywhere!
22/01/2026: Sofian was perfect! Very friendly.
Pierre and the young woman serving were the same.
I'm giving the food a 5 without having actually tasted it, since I ordered a sharing platter.
It was very generous and the ingredients were of good quality.
The cocktail menu was very comprehensive and quite original.
I'll definitely go back next time I'm in Paris.

31/12/2025: A rather poor experience. Only the lemon-marinated chicken was halal; when you go to a Lebanese restaurant, you expect all the meat to be halal. The dishes lacked flavor and seasoning, and the service was extremely cold. The only positive point was the waitress, who was very friendly, but unfortunately, we only had to deal with her at the end.
19/12/2025: It was my first time trying Lebanese cuisine, and I'm so glad I discovered it at Les Cèdres!
You can tell everything is fresh and well-prepared. I especially loved the eggplant caviar!
The portions are generous, and you leave feeling full and satisfied.

15/09/2024: Excellent cuisine but I am extremely shocked that the cutlery was not changed between the starter and the main course. So my wife attacked an excellent quail dish with her fork which had been used in the crab starter! On a gastronomic level it is disastrous and on a principle level it does not sit well with people. I invite you to think about it.

01/10/2025: We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. Came with a group of 10 including a few young children. We ordered an adult entree for the kids to share and the kitchen split it and plated it so nicely for them. There was a little garden where we took the kids to burn off some steam after dinner while the rest of the group finished their meals and wine before dessert. Vibe was superb and the food/drink was delicious.
29/08/2025: We discovered this hotel in June and returned at the end of August, won over by its family atmosphere and the warm welcome from Catherine, her husband — the restaurant's talented chef — and the entire team of young professionals. 20/12/2025: Typical Alsatian cuisine, personalized by the chef to elevate each dish, from appetizer to dessert! I fell in love with the Ramen Bar, a fusion of Japanese and Alsatian flavors. It was divine.
They have a menu that changes with the seasons, offering new dishes to enjoy throughout the year!
It's hard to choose because everything looks amazing. I'll definitely have to come back!
12/11/2025: It's hard to find better value for money. Everything is homemade, the dishes are simple yet excellent, and the service is top-notch and always with a smile. The daily special, a starter and main course, is €12, and it's all cooked on-site—a rare find worth mentioning.
I highly recommend it!

01/01/2026: The galette was good, but too thick, too greasy, too much butter, and the filling looked like it came straight from a can (mushrooms). I didn't even want to try the crêpes...
