17/03/2026: We had a lovely evening. Despite the change of ownership, we were well served and welcomed by Florence, the restaurant manager, who was very friendly, helpful, and always smiling. It's a shame she's not staying. 🫤 I had meat, and it was very tender. I recommend this restaurant; I go there regularly.

17/03/2026: We were very warmly welcomed at the restaurant. Florence, who took care of us, was extremely friendly and welcoming. Her jokes made the evening even more enjoyable, and we felt very comfortable. We had an appetizer, followed by wine and meat. Everything we ate was truly delicious. Both the quality of the food and the service were excellent. We especially want to thank Florence for her attention, energy, and lovely conversation. Thanks to her, we had a very pleasant evening. We will definitely be back.

10/03/2026: The food is very good. I had the carbonnade, it was perfect and reasonably priced at €19. The week before, we went to a chain restaurant (the dumpster fire), I had the carbonnade there too, and I paid the same price only to have heartburn all afternoon. So I think it might be a good idea to go back more often to small restaurants like this one where the food isn't mass-produced and the waitress is friendlier.

06/03/2026: We were delighted with our first visit. The food was perfect, a real treat from appetizer to dessert. The service was impeccable. The staff was discreet. Parking was easy. I highly recommend it.

07/05/2026: The best restaurant in the area! A friendly and dynamic team. A menu that changes every week to delight our taste buds! The chef, Margaux, is very creative but always showcases beautiful ingredients and knows how to surprise us! This lunchtime, beef tartare with herring roe (delicious) and the first mussels of the season with Fourme d'Ambert cheese and smashed new potatoes. What a treat! In short: GO!

02/05/2026: The food was excellent, made with very good, fresh, and well-prepared ingredients. However, don't stray from the concept, which seems to be treated like a sacred principle. My partner, who has a tiny appetite, only wanted one dish, which resulted in a very lukewarm welcome for the rest of the meal. A shame, considering the restaurant wasn't full... We won't be returning.

04/05/2026: Excellent! What more can you say when the dishes are so well-prepared with quality ingredients? The service is pleasant. The dining room is admittedly small, but thanks to the charm of the Sologne vineyards, it feels like a cozy place...almost like being at home in your living room. It's a lovely spot where the food is superb. And the best part: the menu changes every week – that's fantastic!

25/04/2026: Fantastic restaurant with a beautiful setting. We had a wonderful meal last Thursday. We had just come from Perpignan and spent two fantastic days in the heart of the Basque Country. The weather was gorgeous and lovely. I really appreciated the way the waitress interacted with the customers. It's so nice to see a waitress who takes the time to chat and laugh with them. I especially loved her witty remarks about the dessert of the day.

The welcome was warm and friendly, the service impeccable, the view of the Aubrac plateau lovely, and the meal was delicious, featuring typical Aveyron dishes. The owners are very kind and share their good humor. I highly recommend it!
