04/03/2026: I have rarely seen such nonexistent customer service. It is simply impossible to reach them by phone. I've made about fifty calls without a single answer. Fifty. At this point, it's not an oversight, it's a deliberate choice. I also sent a message on Instagram, which was read… and then promptly ignored. Apparently, reading messages is part of the service. Responding to them, on the other hand, is optional. The quality of an establishment isn't measured solely by the food, but also by the respect it shows its customers. Here, it's close to zero. What a shame, because this restaurant looked like a really interesting place to visit. Unfortunately, I won't be setting foot in it.
