12/02/2026: Excellent and original meal, go without hesitation! Very pleasant and welcoming service. The Saint-Émilion was wonderful.

01/02/2026: A small, chic, and very good restaurant; the service was impeccable and the meal perfect! The menu was surprising and the cheese was excellent (Roquefort terrine). I recommend making a reservation to ensure you get a table at your preferred time.

06/04/2026: A warm welcome, amazing and very aromatic cuisine, a passionate and engaging chef who is very generous in sharing his culinary knowledge. He listens carefully to his customers' preferences and gave us his precious time to show us his herb garden. The menu was the Easter menu at €50.

06/04/2026: The service was excellent, the food was superb, and the ingredients were fresh, local, and seasonal! The flavor combinations were wonderful, not a single negative point!

15/04/2026: First of all, the staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. The dishes are delicious, well-presented, and plentiful. The desserts are even better—magnificent, excellent, and not too sweet (at least the financier was). However, there are two areas for improvement, in my opinion. The first concerns the service; a more lively and detailed description would be more in keeping with the quality of the food. But above all, the Chartreuse-flavored marshmallow, while a good idea, is far too sweet and overwhelms the palate, which has been thoroughly stimulated up to that point. I'll go back, but without the marshmallow.

14/04/2026: A very warm welcome. Exquisite, excellent, and truly exceptional cuisine. We called to make a reservation, and despite the crowd, they found us a beautiful, large wooden table. I highly recommend it for a truly delightful meal.

29/03/2026: We had a wonderful time at Brasserie Au Soleil! How lucky we were to stumble upon this place, open for lunch on a Sunday in March after 2 pm. The food was excellent. The decor was original and stylish, and we received a warm welcome from the owner and his waitress. We enjoyed homemade punch as an aperitif, followed by the daily specials: flambéed shrimp with cognac, tuna steak, and risotto. They used good, fresh, homemade ingredients prepared by the owner's wife, and the wine was excellent. Thank you for the candle with dessert for my partner's birthday. 😊 The restaurant also hosts live music on some evenings. A fantastic place not to be missed in the area.

The atmosphere was certainly lively! 😂 We were in Nîmes for a funeral and chose Le Ménestrel after searching for good restaurants in Nîmes. Well, it wasn't just good, no! It was excellent in every way! 👍 Not to mention the kindness of the owners. 😀 We'll definitely be back! 😉👌

26/04/2026: A fantastic discovery! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from start to finish. The meat was absolutely exceptional: tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. You can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken with each dish. The service was also excellent, with a welcoming and attentive team. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to all lovers of fine meat. A nice bonus to the evening: there was a singer performing acoustically—it was fantastic! We will definitely be back!

17/04/2026: Exhibiting at the Brignoles fair with our beautiful American cars, we feasted on all the wood-fired grilled meats, cooked with love and passion by a true cowboy with a real passion for meat. He was assisted by his wife and son, as well as a bubbly and very efficient young woman, ensuring fast and cheerful service! Everyone was very welcoming, the work was meticulous, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was great! We'll be visiting their restaurant soon because, being meat lovers, it looks so tempting! 😋👍

18/03/2026: Invited by my family for my 50th birthday, the service was impeccable, nothing to complain about, they were very attentive. The food was delicious, and even though I'm not a big fan of dill, there was some in my salmon gravlax, but it was subtle enough that I was able to eat it. The setting is beautiful. The little touch of the discreet candle at the end was lovely; it made me feel unobtrusive, unlike in some other restaurants, and the little squares of chocolate were a nice touch.
