22/08/2026: I'm not usually a fan of this kind of place because I have a big appetite, but I came by chance and was intrigued... honestly... not that I'm so full I can't move, but enough for this "dish". The buckwheat galette/crêpe was very good (good ingredients) and the waiter was a gem, very kind.

28/09/2026: Rounded up from 4.5 stars. The staff were exceptional (it appeared to be a 4 person team across the kitchen and front of house). Lovely food, fantastic wine, and I really enjoyed the ethos of the place. The latter is perhaps reflected in the price of this restaurant not being cheap. I managed to squeeze in as a solo diner without a reservation. I have at times in Colmar/Alsace not felt the service was particularly good, especially as a solo diner, but here it was great. I really appreciated the great descriptions of the wine in particular in English. I had three courses, with wine pairing. Lovely touches with a small appetiser and with the bill.

25/09/2026: It was quite good. I can't say the food was impressive, there were no gastronomic surprises, but it was a good dinner. The staff (a female waiter and a male sommelier) were pleasant and professional. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed. Unfortunately, there was no hot dish available from the already small menu (and the choice was essentially just two options: fish and venison), so the already limited selection was narrowed down to just one dish.

The setting is elegant without being overwhelming, the service is attentive and discreet, and the dishes are incredibly refined. Special mention goes to the wine pairing suggested by the sommelier. A must-try Parisian address that I highly recommend.

This chic bistro in the 15th arrondissement, a member of the Collège Culinaire de France and regularly cited among the four best restaurants in the district, belongs precisely to that rare category where the cuisine, the décor, and the art of hospitality seem to have been conceived in perfect harmony. From the moment you step inside, the charm takes hold. The setting, warm without ever being ostentatious, exudes a delightfully revisited 70s elegance: a few retro touches, plenty of personality, and a hushed atmosphere that naturally invites you to linger. Outside, a sheltered terrace sits on a reasonably busy street, offering a particularly pleasant alternative on sunny days. Then comes the welcome. The owner, remarkably affable, greets guests with a simplicity that has become almost precious: the kind that feels effortless. The servers, elegant without being stiff, are present with just the right touch, attentive without ever being intrusive. The service is exquisitely refined, punctuated by the changing of cutlery between courses—a detail that might seem insignificant, but which, in itself, reveals a true appreciation for fine dining. And then there is the essential element: the food. Here, everything is homemade, and the signature dishes possess an ambition that far surpasses that of a simple bistro. 06/09/2026: The €45 set menu was excellent; the foie gras was superb. The veal medallion was incredibly tender, and the accompanying jus was exquisite. The peach dessert on shortbread perfectly complemented the meal. All this in a convivial and pleasant atmosphere. Naturally, the service was top-notch, with very friendly waiters.

28/08/2026: A lovely little restaurant tucked away in an alley. It's surrounded by plants. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the food is cooked with seasonal ingredients. The pasta was a bit oily, but still very good. They also have excellent vegetarian options.

26/08/2026: We've found our new go-to spot! 😊 It's been a long time since we've had such a great time. Being the foodies we are, we fell in love with this restaurant. We arrived, were greeted with a smile, and at our table, the young waiter knew his menu inside and out. In the kitchen, the women were expertly cooking everything perfectly, with no unpleasant surprises. We were impressed by the quality of the ingredients. Over at the wine cellar, the other guy in shorts was doing a fantastic job. With a touch of humor, he'll take you off the beaten path, and you'll leave feeling completely won over. The bar staff were all smiles too; everyone was cheerful, joking around, and we felt right at home, all within a tasteful decor. In short, it was flawless. We loved it, we loved it, and we'll love it again. 😉 Thank you all for this wonderful evening. P.S.
