19/04/2026: A beautifully situated, family-run hotel by a pond. Very friendly, personal service. Sensational, creative gourmet menus for dinner. Delicious and artfully presented. Beautiful hikes right on the doorstep. The historic rock houses of Graufthal, only 500 meters away, are also worth seeing. This was our fifth stay. Until next time!

06/04/2026: Excellent cuisine, highly appreciated wines, and adequate service. One minor drawback: upon arrival, we had to wait a long time before being offered drinks. A shame, and the restaurant owner has everything to lose as these are lost sales. However, we will cherish the memory of our visit to La Corbeille Fleurie and the presentation of its dishes, each more original than the last. Bravo!

The setting is also pleasant, with a unique touch: you can go down to the wine cellar to choose your bottle!

04/04/2026: A superb discovery during my visit to the city; everything was perfect, from the service to the food. I thoroughly enjoyed the beef bourguignon. The welcome was very pleasant. For such high-quality service, I even found the price more than reasonable.
17/03/2026: If you want to sample authentic Burgundian cuisine, this is the place to be. The ‘oeufs en meurette’ and the ‘boeuf bourguignon’ are exquisite. The service is also very friendly and efficient. The restaurant is also very atmospheric, especially downstairs, where you sit in the vaulted ceilings.
