13/08/2026: It is a small and humble looking restaurant but the food was great. We had missed authentic Sichuan food and their dishes did not lack courage. We ordered mapo tofu, spicy wontons, and sauteed beef with Sichuan peppers. Sauteed beef was spicy and wickedly delicios. Too bad the portion was not that large. Spicy wonton was also very delicious and satified our cravings for spicy food. Mapo tofu was not bad but it lacked something I cannot pin point... We will have to go back and try it again. The service was warm and good.

An elderly cyclist, without water, stops to fill his water bottle... 1 euro, the old man leaves the counter empty-handed... where's the human touch? I give him the rest of my water before he leaves... That says it all...

31/05/2026: My favorite place in Sarreguemines. Philipp is a wonderful person, a creative chef, and a passionate host. The atmosphere transports you back to the 70s. It's lovely to linger here and simply be. Whenever we're in the area, a visit to Terminus is a must.

30/06/2026: We stopped by chance at this restaurant on a Sunday at lunchtime and had a very good meal. The set menu was generous and included soup (which we skipped as it was very hot outside), a starter, a main course, and dessert. The food was homemade with delicious ingredients. The waitress was cheerful and efficient.

19/05/2026: We visited the brasserie. The atmosphere was very pleasant. We sat and ate in the vaulted cellar (presumably the former wine cellar). It was very quiet and secluded from the general hustle and bustle. Very romantic. The service was very friendly, and the concise menu was sufficient to find a suitable dish. The wine recommendation was a perfect match for the meal, and everything was delicious. The brasserie is highly recommended.

21/07/2026: Absolutely perfect. We had dinner for my partner's birthday in the peaceful and quiet inner garden. This dinner was a true delight and exceptional from beginning to end. The welcome and service were warm, without being pretentious; the staff were smiling, approachable, and attentive, happily sharing the history of the Bristol and the origins of the products. The cocktails, smoked salmon, homemade bread, sea bass fillet, and desserts were delicious and perfect in every way. I personally loved the smoked salmon (my weakness). This place, which we knew for afternoon tea, was a real gem for this dinner.
