27/07/2026: We booked a table at Le Boeuf Rouge for a family celebration of over 20 people. The service was impeccable, and the food, as always, was superb! The tarte flambée and pizzas are always excellent. Thank you for your wonderful welcome – everyone loved it!

03/08/2026: A friendly welcome and well priced menu with generous portions. We loved the starters but we found the mains a little disappointing - both the fish dish and the steak which was rather chewy. A beautiful terrace and air conditioned interior.

02/07/2026: There's a limited menu and only two beers. The prices for the set menus aren't displayed on the chalkboard. It's more of a snack bar than a restaurant. You risk tripping over electrical wires sticking out of the patio in several places. The whole place lacks attention to detail and doesn't make you want to go back.

With only eight rooms, you feel as if you're being welcomed into a private home where every detail has been tastefully considered. The place is magnificent: elegant décor, refined atmosphere, impeccable cleanliness, and absolute tranquility. Everything exudes the gentle pace of life and the elegance of the South. The welcome is particularly warm, professional, attentive, and genuine, making the stay even more enjoyable. A wonderful discovery, an intimate address that you almost want to keep secret… We will return with great pleasure.

26/05/2026: A fantastic stop on the GR65. A very warm welcome. Excellent meals. Breakfast was also very good, but served a little late compared to other guesthouses (7:30 am). Fellow hikers: don't carry extra water between Aumont and Nasbinals! There are plenty of drinking water fountains along the way!

19/05/2026: Superb hotel! The location is magnificent, surrounded by forests. The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated. The couple who own the establishment are lovely, and the husband even gave us excellent advice for hiking on the GR65. Dinner and breakfast are excellent—ah, the homemade aligot! I recommend this hotel without hesitation.

05/08/2026: The owners are incredibly friendly and, above all, always smiling. Even when the place seems packed, they manage to serve you quickly and always pleasantly! A real feat! While the service at some shops sometimes pushes you towards the self-service lockers, here it's the complete opposite. You can't help but think that if the inventor of the lockers had met Jimmy and his wife beforehand, he would have abandoned his project. Thank you to them for promoting their profession, and long live local businesses!
