17/09/2026: An excellent brasserie-style restaurant in Pau, very well located. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, with a very inviting open kitchen that immediately puts you at ease. As for the food, everything is homemade and the dishes are particularly good. I highly recommend the ribeye steak with porcini mushrooms, served with delicious homemade fries, as well as their excellent pizzas. Finally, the homemade chocolate mousse is simply superb. A gourmet and convivial restaurant in Pau – you can go without hesitation!

29/07/2026: Hello, We used Charlie & Tom for a company lunch held during our onboarding seminars for the employees of our Nuances agencies. All of our employees gave us excellent feedback on the service we chose. For a lunch in a meeting room, we opted for the "Cagettes" package for a group of 11 people. Throughout our discussions, we felt listened to and advised. The result was a success. We highly recommend the service provided by Charlie & Tom. We will definitely use them again when the opportunity arises. Thank you.

The mussels were incredibly tender, the lamb tagine was truly special, and the chaud cheese was very different from what I expected, but still delicious. And as an appetizer, there were olives that were absolutely amazing!

23/09/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly wonderful discovery at Galway! We had a fantastic time, both with the delicious food and the warm welcome. I started with a shrimp appetizer, bursting with flavor. Then, a flank steak with a truly excellent pepper sauce, served with wonderful homemade fries just the way we like them: generous, flavorful, and perfectly in keeping with the spirit of the meal. 😋 And to finish on a sweet note, the banana dessert with ice cream was simply delicious. A real treat from beginning to end! But what really makes the difference is the service. Our server was exceptionally pleasant, smiling, and professional. She took great care of us and truly contributed to making our experience even more enjoyable. A place where you eat well, receive a warm welcome, and leave with a smile. I highly recommend Galway and we will gladly return! 🍽️😊

05/06/2026: We had a wonderful 4-day stay at Villa Bleue. From the moment we arrived, we were touched by the kindness, helpfulness, and attentiveness of the entire team. Thomas and his family welcomed us with great warmth and simplicity, immediately creating a friendly, welcoming, and authentic atmosphere. The breakfasts are generous, delicious, and unlimited—a real treat to start the day. The ham and cheese are excellent, a nice bonus as they are local products. As for the other meals, whether we opted for half-board or à la carte, every meal was a delight: varied, flavorful dishes, prepared with care. A big thank you to Manon and her entire team who treated us so well throughout our stay! We were traveling with our Golden Retriever, who also received exceptional care. She was pampered and treated like a true princess, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Beyond the quality of the service and the excellent welcome, Villa Bleue is a place where you make wonderful connections and truly feel at home. An address we will treasure and return to with great pleasure!
