31/01/2026: Served in the veranda with a lovely sea view, I was alone and the ambiance was important to me. There were few customers, so the atmosphere was a bit subdued.

21/08/2025: Store with exorbitant prices, complicated traceability, in the end, we're not really sure if it's better... Sustainable food, yes, meh... A frosty welcome, disorganized traffic... And I come back to the prices, a real joke. Moreover, "online shopping" is more expensive than online. So disappointing. The price-to-quantity ratio is ridiculous. To think that there are people filling their shopping carts in this store. Mind-blowing. I went to the supermarket further away where I filled a cart with plant-based products for a reasonable price and a satisfactory quantity. Never again Biocoop. 😅

21/09/2024: Excellent endroit. Très bien accueilli. Le patron le serveur et le chef cuistot sont tous super gentil avec de l’humour.ils prennent soin des clients. Concert super,nourriture excellente et service rapide. Vraiment on as été surpris sa change de tout les autres restaurants à tout point.merci à l’équipe on as passé une super soirée. On reviendra avec grand plaisir. J’en avais marre des restaurants où on as l’impression de déranger et celui ci m’a redonner goût au soirée restaurant. Agréablement surpris. Merci . Cindy et Yoann

04/11/2025: The waitress needs to brush up on her basics: the salt shaker was empty at our table and remained so until dessert. She chatted more with her regulars and forgot about everyone else. The service was far too slow. The food was decent, nothing more. It's time to change the menu, breathe new life into the cuisine, and modernize it a bit. That's my advice!

01/01/2026: Lopez!!! The best ice cream parlor in ALL of Royan!! We already knew that!!! And their ice cream logs are to die for!! That was a real discovery. We devoured the Sicilian log!

30/12/2025: We ordered two Yule logs for four people for Christmas, and what a surprise when we took one of them out of its packaging—it was broken! I checked to make sure I hadn't broken it during transport, but no, the broken piece wasn't even in the box. When we politely pointed it out to the saleswoman today, she didn't believe us until she saw the photo, and the only thing she could say was, "But we check them..." Apparently not that often. I'm not saying mistakes can happen, especially during the Christmas season when there are a lot of orders, but the broken piece not being in the box means it was broken as soon as it was packaged in the kitchen... And to top it all off, in addition to being condescending, the saleswoman didn't even apologize, which, given the price of the log (€21.90 for the four-person version, remember), would be the bare minimum... Lopez is a Royan institution, but it's a shame that some employees don't live up to the brand's standards. the company and this damages its image.

15/12/2024: Cuisses de grenouilles and burger was delicious. Situated nearby Montmartre grants you a nice place to rest a little bit and taste good food and drinks.

11/11/2025: Fabulous restaurant. Very pretty decor and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed the scallops, nougat and prune ice cream with Armagnac, beef fillet with Brie sauce, and profiteroles. Lovely round table in the second room. Thank you very much. We will be back.

30/10/2025: Highly recommended! The way a meal should be enjoyed. Original French cuisine, authentically presented in small, cosy establishment. Friendly, efficient service. Will dine here again.

24/09/2024: A reference for me for 15 years. I haven't been there since Covid and the quality is still there. The menu is a sure bet (good value for money) and the menu is overflowing with dishes that you want to come back to taste 😅 On the other hand, we had made a reservation at noon on Sunday and when we arrived the table was not ready and we waited without being allowed in and waiting at the bar. I put it down to a lack of staff to cover Sunday but it wasn't the best start. Service a little long, 2 hours for the entire meal.

13/01/2026: We stumbled upon "Le Bon Port" quite by chance. It was my birthday, and there were four of us. Martin, the host (cook in winter and waiter), welcomed us warmly. He took care of our dietary restrictions (lactose-free and gluten-free) and prepared incredible dishes for us using fresh, local ingredients. The food was both delicious and beautifully presented! Thank you for this wonderful experience and this lovely encounter. All the best!

23/03/2025: Warm welcome, the service very good, the cuisine nothing to say, frankly very good. Dishes ordered: Beef Tartare, Very fresh and perfect accompaniments, fresh fries. Desserts: Far Breton, a classic that we love. The atmosphere is excellent, I highly recommend :)
