30/06/2025: Good and plentiful menu, for a very reasonable price and everyone is very friendly
07/06/2025: The waiters were unwelcoming; we felt like we were annoying them every time we asked for another round of frog legs. Plus, they serve small quantities, and it's not all-you-can-eat because between the wait and the kitchen shutting down at 10 p.m., if you manage to get three rounds, it's great. We left there, almost going to have a prime rib to fill up.
In short, a very unhealthy atmosphere in the end. They take payment without caring about customer satisfaction.

17/12/2025: We arrived late for lunch (almost 2 PM) and were still welcomed, which is quite rare at that hour. The salmon and fries were really good (there was hardly any wait) and the staff were welcoming and smiling. Special mention for the chocolate ice cream, which was a real treat! We'll definitely be back on our next visit; I highly recommend this restaurant!
05/12/2025: Warm welcome, quick service on our holiday route. The meal was reasonably priced and very enjoyable.

18/01/2026: The owner gave us a very cold welcome and seemed rushed, giving the impression he wanted to hand us the bill as soon as we arrived. Before we were even seated, he asked if we had chosen our aperitif, then cleared the empty table, pushing us aside without apologizing and clearly in a hurry to get everything ready for our next reservation.
The meal was passable if you like bland, unseasoned food. Luckily, there was salt and pepper on the table to enhance the flavor. As for the bread, I won't even mention it. It was leftovers from other tables, just the crust and no crumb. The bread was stored in an open container in the dining room, so it would dry out faster.
This is just my opinion, my observation, and my experience. So, it's up to you to form your own opinion.

19/01/2026: I regularly stay at this hotel, which is now nicely renovated, and at this time of year the price is very reasonable. The only downside is the temperature in the rooms, which is a bit low for us; the setting up to 22 doesn't reflect reality, but it is possible to do something about it by calling reception.
17/01/2026: The hotel was superb, the welcome was fantastic, the team was brilliant, a wonderful mother-daughter getaway. The restaurant was excellent; Lola was very attentive, and her lovely team kept things simple because these days, good waiters and head waiters are rare!

08/12/2025: Proximity means you can leave the car in the parking lot and do everything on foot. Saint Servan, Saint Malo intra muros, the Sillon.
02/12/2025: Excellent location, beautiful, modern, and well-maintained hotel. The parking is a real plus.
The staff are very friendly and professional.
I highly recommend this establishment 👍😉

13/12/2024: I went to Martin’s cellar last night with a group of around fifteen friends.
We were entitled to the privatization of the mezzanine which was very good.
The evening went quite well until dessert when I found a hair in the scoop of ice cream that accompanied the fondant.
So I brought down the dessert with the hair to indicate it and the reaction of the person in charge (because I later knew that it was the person in charge) was very disconcerting.
It's not our hair and I'm sure of that, so basically "I'm talking to him about it", but we'll still make you dessert again.
So given his reaction, I might have thought that I had fun bringing a hair with me and putting it on the dessert🤔🤔
I come down 15 minutes later to find out where the dessert is, he tells me it's in progress.
15 minutes later at the mezzanine level, I asked him again and he told me that it happened, telling me, after I pointed out to him that it was a bit long, that it had only been 10 minutes since I went see him.
I hate bad times and I didn't hesitate to tell him that.
In short, an execrable reaction on his part and lamentable crisis management.
Given his reaction, I didn't even dare to eat the fondant when it arrived.
So the evening was ruined by this event and I didn't even make sure that he hadn't counted the fondant (just on principle).
At the same time as there was at least €50 per head (condition for having the privatized mezzanine), no one must have paid any attention to it.
Despite everything, I remember the waitress who was very adorable 😊😊
03/12/2024: Accustomed to the old source art, Martin's cellar is an obvious place to meet up with friends around good bowling and good boards. A wide choice of bottles for all budgets, quality advice from enthusiasts. Thank you for this beautiful evening and see you soon.

The galettes look delicious, but they're not exceptional. The same goes for the desserts, which aren't to our taste. Too bad.

First of all, the servers are way too stressed. It's hard to have a pleasant time because they pass their stress on to us.
One of them is wearing flip-flops!!! It's mind-boggling...
I'll tell you right away: if you like Breton pancakes, don't come here for them. The food is truly mediocre.
Main course, dessert, plus a small beer = €16. You really have to make an effort sometimes.

The rooms are clean and quiet despite the proximity to the railway line.
Breakfast is of good quality, with a good variety and quantity, except for the scrambled eggs, which are really not good.
