31/05/2026: We were excited abt the restaurant because of its Michelin star but unfortunately the experience wasn’t met with the expectation. I would genuinely hope the whole let down was because it was the day PSG played Arsenal, therefore the short staff, short tempered experience. From the service perspective, we did made a reservation but the lady host never bother to ask and just signal us to sit down, then her daughter (I am assuming this because of how young she looks and how casual she dressed, t shirt and short jeans), which probably was never trained to address customers, did not set our tables right (without even a napkin) and you can almost see that every time she turns around she would rolled her eyes (I saw this after she interacted with other tables). From the start to finish, no one attended us to ask hows our meal tastes or show us any genuine care for our experience. and based on what we saw that night, this is very consistent thru out the night for every table. From the food perspective, the portions are generous but the foods are generally very salty. Not much to articulate because it is ‘just very eat your meal and flip the next table’ vibe. I’ve been to many tourist area restaurants thru out Europe and this is definitely memorable, for how uncaring a restaurant presents itself

23/05/2026: The food was average. The service was the rudest I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. My dining companions and I were truly taken aback.

06/06/2026: The lunch menu and its excellent value for money provide a true introduction to the cuisine of chef Fabrice Bonnot. The dishes are carefully prepared and showcase the quality of the ingredients. The service is impeccable and very welcoming.

04/06/2026: I've already had the chance to eat there twice, and I've never been so impressed by a restaurant. Usually, when you walk into a restaurant, you feel a kind of pressure, but this one... the atmosphere is pleasant, the food is... wow, exceptional! And I'm a picky eater.

10/05/2026: We had a lovely time, mainly thanks to Killian (the 3 stars are for him because the other two waiters were a disaster: the young man who pushed everyone and even hit my mother-in-law on the head with a plate without apologizing, and the incredibly unpleasant lady...). The food deserves its 5 stars; the meat was cooked to perfection, and the dishes were very good.

14/06/2026: Very beautiful hotel with a good location. Friendly hostess and staff. Nice heated pool, everything was perfect. Breakfast starting at 8:30 was sometimes a bit late for us, but excellent nonetheless, with fresh local products.

04/02/2026: If you're looking for high-quality pastries made with local, premium ingredients, look no further! Having tasted countless pastries, I can tell you these are exceptional. I didn't like Pithiviers fondant before trying Cyrille Perthuisot's. The boutique pastries are excellent and refined. And what can I say about the chocolates! This is where you see the difference between these and cakes from a bakery; this is a true pastry shop, and you can clearly taste the difference! It's refined, indulgent, and generous. Without a doubt, the best place in the region!

16/06/2026: We had a wonderful evening and it was a truly delightful discovery. The welcome was warm and the staff very attentive throughout the meal. Thank you to the sommelier for the perfect wine pairing he suggested for our menu. The dishes were delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was pleasant and convivial, ideal for sharing a good time. A big thank you to Chef Damien and his wife Sophie, as well as their team, for their professionalism. 14/06/2026: Exquisite cuisine! The dishes are beautiful and delicious, and the wines complement them perfectly. The homemade sorbets pair wonderfully with both sweet and savory dishes. The restaurant's decor is magnificent. We've been going there for several years and have never been disappointed.

25/05/2026: Excellent value for money! The setting is magnificent. We were lucky enough to have lunch on the terrace, as the weather was lovely. The service was friendly and professional, and some of the dishes were original and delicious. It's worth noting that the menu features Yolin, a specialty from the Yvelines region, as a starter. We highly recommend it.

03/07/2026: Here's our experience ;) We arrived with our 19-month-old daughter. The owner immediately came out of the kitchen to greet us and set up a table with a high chair. A lovely gesture and a truly exceptional welcome. Then came the cuisine… worthy of a Michelin-starred chef. In fact, the chef has worked in several Michelin-starred restaurants, and it shows in every dish. Everything is perfectly executed, the cooking is flawless, the flavors are just right, and the seafood is sublime. Beyond his talent, he's a chef with a big heart. Despite his work in the kitchen, he keeps a watchful eye on the dining room and his guests. You can feel his passion for cooking and his delight in pleasing others. If you love seafood, you won't be disappointed. The place may not look like much from the outside, but don't be fooled: the magic happens on the plate. As a regular at fine dining restaurants, I can attest that the quality of the food is impressive. A wonderful discovery that I recommend without hesitation.

03/07/2026: We loved our meal at this restaurant, which is, in our opinion, the best in Saint Jean de Luz. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was excellent and homemade.
