Anyway, it's so refreshing to encounter staff like that; it's becoming so rare! The meal and the varied menu were delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thanks again, see you soon!
24/03/2026: We ordered two dishes. Potato’s and fries were really nice and good.
The cold cut was not good and it seemed to be frozen and dry. We mentioned it to them twice but they seem to not care much about it. We did not like that part.

Roman-style tripe as a starter, incredibly flavorful and perfectly seasoned, followed by spaghetti with a sausage and fennel ragù that was simply divine.
Friendly and efficient service. A well-chosen musical playlist. Pure culinary bliss! 😍

From the first contact until check-out, every member of the team was kind, attentive, and very friendly.
The service was highly professional, and the rooms were very comfortable.
We only booked with breakfast included and thoroughly enjoyed it, especially because the products were local and of excellent quality. We congratulate the owner and the entire team on this gem in the Jura region.
