08/12/2025: A cozy, beautiful place with amazing service and incredible products. The shop assistant was so nice, spoke Spanish, and gave us excellent service. The products looked fantastic: cinnamon rolls, breads, croissants… We bought everything! I'm sure it tastes as good as it smells… 🤤 PS: They have some really cool and good quality tote bags 💫

21/11/2025: Amazing veggie sandwich for lunch today 😋 I'd been wanting to try it for ages, but until now, the opening hours didn't work out. That's sorted now, and I wasn't disappointed. It was delicious, and I indulged a little, but I'd already tried the olive roll = "to die for" 🤩 I highly recommend this bakery. I'll be back 🙂

07/03/2026: We had dinner last night at this lovely restaurant for my partner's birthday. The menu is short, but for very good reason: everything is delicious! The chef combines flavors brilliantly. The lobster appetizer was light and excellent, and for our main courses we had sweetbreads and the fish of the day—generous portions with perfectly chosen side dishes. The profiteroles for dessert were also delectable. A nice bonus is the option to order almost all the wines on the menu by the glass. I highly recommend it!

02/03/2026: A restaurant that deserves to be better known :) Everything was truly excellent! A huge favorite from the amuse-bouche to the dessert! A real plus was the quality of the furniture and the intimate, comfortable atmosphere of the restaurant. Can't wait to come back!

At the bistro, we had a wonderful meal, and it was a real pleasure to share it together... a warm welcome and smiles were guaranteed! 26/01/2026: As a huge fan of Jean Paul Hévin's creations, I thought I'd seen all his boutiques, but I was wrong. Tucked away in a small courtyard, this shop is well-located, quiet, and the staff are lovely. I received excellent service and even a sample of delicious 66% dark chocolate ☺️ I highly recommend this shop and I'll definitely be back! ✨️

The couple who run the place do everything to satisfy their customers, offering excellent local cuisine at reasonable prices, making it very good value for money. The dining room isn't large, so it's definitely best to book in advance.

05/03/2026: On this late winter Thursday at lunchtime, we walked through the door of this establishment and were quickly greeted by the chef himself, setting the tone and ambiance. After a friendly chat, we chose the set menu of starter, main course, and dessert. The decor and the open grill area undoubtedly create a feeling of comfort and warmth in the dining room. The service was impeccable (just remember to refill the water carafe... but that's a minor detail). In conclusion, a truly lovely establishment that leaves us wanting to return to Millau. Thank you to the entire team for this delightful experience.

Personally, I would have appreciated a few sauces or broths to complement some of the rather dry dishes. This restaurant remains a good choice, especially considering the reasonable prices for this type of establishment. Furthermore, the chef demonstrates an inventiveness that deserves to be highlighted.
