23/06/2026: A rather small takeaway pizza for €15

20/06/2026: We had reserved a table for 25 people at 9 pm several weeks in advance, with pre-selected menus. When we arrived at 8:50 pm, the owner told us the table wasn't ready. Apparently, our table had been given to other people beforehand, and he hadn't managed the time. Furthermore, he hadn't communicated with his servers, so they didn't know there was another table to prepare. Consequently, the owner suggested we have two separate tables, a solution we refused as it wasn't what we had requested. Dear Mr. Owner of Bistroz, when you can't manage service time, take reservations into account, but you know how to openly disregard your customers, you should consider a different career path. A big thank you to his team, who demonstrated professionalism and responsiveness in setting up tables for us despite everything.

17/08/2026: We stopped by during our stay and received a wonderfully warm welcome. The food was perfect, homemade, and the atmosphere was very family-friendly. The hostess was incredibly kind and welcoming. The quality was excellent; we weren't disappointed at all. The price was very reasonable. We will definitely be back.

11/08/2026: We had a wonderful time. The welcome was truly excellent, the waiter was always smiling, and the dishes, from appetizer to dessert, were impeccable. Many restaurants should take a course with you; your customer service is so important. Thank you to the chefs, and also for allowing me a sprig of oregano. Looking forward to returning! 😊😊😊😊

04/08/2026: Perfect! We were served very quickly despite the restaurant being busy, the food was delicious, and the price was more than reasonable (€35 for two people, including a main course, drink, and dessert). I highly recommend it.

07/08/2026: Simple lunch but air-conditioned dining room and pleasant service

08/07/2026: Picked this place over another because it had air con on a stiffiling hot week. Found it quite strange at first having to wait till 6pm to check in cos they close at 3pm during the day. The room was a nice spacious and clean room just not to our taste in decour, it was painted dark grey all over, but was very comfy especially the bed. We didn't partake in the evening meal as the dining room shut very early around 7.30 to 8pm ish. The staff were fine did there job, although didn't really see them very much.

06/08/2026: A Parisian bistro just the way we like them: good food, a lovely terrace, and Jean-Claude, the waiter, who very pleasantly embodies the Parisian charm. We loved it.

01/08/2026: We had a wonderful evening! A huge thank you to the restaurant for their warm welcome, delicious food, and friendly atmosphere. The food was truly excellent; everything was superb. A big thank you also to Julien from Pontacq Radio for the blind test and karaoke, which created an incredible atmosphere throughout the evening. We laughed a lot, sang, and shared a fantastic time. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and Julien for his professionalism, good humor, and ability to make everyone feel at ease. Thank you to the entire team for this lovely evening. We will definitely be back!

28/07/2026: Excellent Milanese-style veal cutlet, really well prepared. The meat was tender, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. A true delight on the plate; I thoroughly enjoyed it. Very good value for the set menu.

15/03/2026: We only stopped one night but it was perfect. Warm welcome to this family run hotel. Comfy rooms but the highlight though was the superb food . Amazing tastes locally sourced ingredients . Such a talented chef .
