02/08/2026: A nice selection, but little consideration for allergies. Showed Google Translate saying 'no sesame due to allergy' and told them, they said that's fine... and then gave us a sandwich with sesame seeds all over it... They didn't know what sesame seeds were which is worrying as it's one of the main allergens by law. In the end the bread was incredibly tough to eat, but it was convenient.

31/07/2026: Unacceptable! 20 minutes for a coffee while they chat and I'm waiting for my coffee and croissant... it's not right to pay and wait 20 minutes. I asked for a refund and they told me they don't give refunds here! I have an audio recording... no apology, nothing! I wasn't served, and they told me they don't give refunds here! If anyone else has experienced this, please let me know.

I called to reserve a room for my granddaughter Tess and her fiancé for his birthday, and I had the pleasure of speaking with Lucie. Even over the phone, you can feel her smile, her kindness, and her desire to please. Lucie was absolutely delightful, incredibly kind, a great listener, and remarkably professional. It's a true pleasure to meet people who radiate so much warmth from the very first contact. The Hôtel Les Arnelles seems to reflect the Camargue itself: a place full of charm, authenticity, and serenity, where you come to find a moment of tranquility in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. I highly recommend this place, run by people who love the Camargue and who know how to share their passion, their warm welcome, and the soul of this magnificent region. Looking forward to discovering Arnelles soon.

26/07/2026: We booked through Staycation at this charming little hotel/ranch. It's surrounded by horses and flamingos. The restaurant is fantastic (allergen-friendly), and the rooms are clean and adorable. Special thanks to the receptionist I spoke to on the phone about allergens; she was very kind and welcoming, and she went above and beyond to adapt the restaurant menus. I highly recommend it, and we'll be back! ☺️

05/08/2026: A delicious meal to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Impeccable service and excellent advice on the dishes and wines… High-quality local produce cooked with skill and finesse. Mr. and Mrs. Couderc are clearly passionate about their work.

05/10/2025: Passing through, we stopped by chance and were charmed by the owner's friendly and welcoming attitude, as well as her concern for the customer's well-being. The dishes are homemade, generous, and excellent. The tables are beautifully decorated, and it's a pleasure to see service done with a napkin-covered tray, especially when the cutlery is replaced. This is becoming increasingly common, and it's so much cleaner and more pleasant than having cutlery carried by hand. Bravo. We highly recommend it.
