28/05/2026: An excellent lunch enjoyed on the Médoc wine route, between Margaux and Pauillac. I ordered the set menu and my husband ordered à la carte. Special mention for the potato salad, which was superb. The service was pleasant and quick. Everything was fresh, homemade, and made with local produce. We highly recommend it!

16/06/2026: What a fun and interesting place! We were only in Bordeaux for 36 hours but we knew we had to try L'Entrecote! The wait wasn't too long, maybe 45 minutes. Once inside we had a lovely table by the window and a wonderful waitress. Everything was delicious from the bread, salad and finally the steak and frites! Delicious wine and finally decedent deserts! If we end up in Bordeaux again this will 100% be on our list!

17/05/2026: This restaurant boasts an invaluable asset: its location and view! The staff is friendly, from the initial welcome to the attentive and smiling service: top-notch! The food is good, authentic cuisine made with fresh ingredients (meat and vegetables). The Jura fondue is good but not exceptional; we were left wanting more after that dish. Reservations are essential, especially for a table by the bay window with a lake view.

16/05/2026: An exceptional moment, a splendid view of the lake and delicious menus, we enjoyed ourselves from the amuse-bouche to dessert, adults and children included 👍☺️

20/05/2026: Thank you to the whole team for your warm welcome! They took excellent care of our group of 11; we felt right at home. The location is fantastic for hiking, and while the rooms are a bit dated, they have charm, are comfortable, and have everything we need. I can't wait to come back!

07/04/2026: Absolutely fantastic. We weren't staying at the hotel, but we stopped by for a bite to eat and to recharge during a hike. Honestly, everything was perfect. The welcome was warm and genuinely kind, and the meal was excellent. The salad was generous, and the mixed meats were perfect. The blueberry tart was delicious. 5 stars with our thanks! 😄

23/06/2025: This restaurant perfectly combines the pleasures of taste and sight. From the food to the decor, it's a feast for the eyes and the palate. A true gem. Moreover, the owner's welcome is warm and it's a pleasure to chat with such friendly people. And to top it all off, when it's time to leave, the "pain" has never been so aptly named, as the bill is surprisingly light.

20/12/2025: A chance discovery. Exceptional! We haven't eaten so well in ages. Foie gras served in two courses: terrine and pan-seared with warm apples, hay-smoked pigeon, magnificent scallops, and the desserts were absolutely delicious. The waitress was fantastic, and the chef even came to say goodbye at the end. We'll definitely be back.

18/05/2026: An address not to be missed. The restaurant alone is worth the trip: the dishes are magnificent, exquisitely prepared, both refined and generous in their perfect balance. The portions are ideal, the ingredients remarkably fresh, with a genuine focus on supporting small producers. Each dish is crafted with great taste and precision. All this at particularly attractive prices considering the quality offered, which is becoming increasingly rare these days. The rooms are cozy, very clean, and perfectly quiet, ideal for fully enjoying your stay in a warm and relaxing atmosphere. A truly wonderful discovery that I highly recommend.

A superb hotel in a beautiful setting overlooking the Brèche de Roland – peaceful and serene. Secondly, congratulations to the Chef and his sous-chef; the cuisine was full of flavor and refined – a true delight for our taste buds. The breakfast was generous, and let's not forget the very pleasant waiter. We will gladly return; there is so much more to discover in this magnificent region of the Pyrenees.
