10/04/2026: The most beautiful terrace in La Plagne, across all the villages. The owner is exceptionally kind and everything is done to ensure our comfort. Wonderful moments in this typical restaurant where Savoyard specialties are served alongside traditional cuisine. Highly recommended.

30/04/2026: Quite disappointed with the food. The restaurant has good reviews, which is why we went. It was a huge letdown. For starters, we ordered shrimp, and they brought them dirty with their intestines. I asked them to remove them, and they peeled them but still left them dirty. I ordered octopus, and it was chewy and not crispy at all. Tasteless. The rum crème brûlée tasted good, but the caramelization was watery. The menu is interesting, but everything is poorly executed. The food quality was quite mediocre.

16/08/2026: The meal was very good and plentiful, the menu details were appreciated, we received a very warm welcome, and the staff were very attentive. Located in a pleasant setting in the village of Civray. I highly recommend it.

26/07/2026: I could have given it five stars, but the woman was nagging us, saying it wasn't convenient when we sat down to drink in the shade. The gentleman was very kind nonetheless, thank you to him, and best of luck to the woman who seemed at her wit's end. Ultimately, I'm changing my rating from four stars to two. The waitress was scolding us about tables that weren't theirs just before us. Foreign customers arrived, so we told them those tables weren't theirs and to move to the other side, but the woman contradicted us. It's fine for them, but not for us. If you don't like your job, change jobs. I read your response carefully. I understand that you're not a bar, yet you still accepted us. My only complaint is the nagging of customers. I work in the restaurant industry myself, and I understand the fatigue it causes, but there are ways to speak to customers. We can't be rude to them just because we're tired. If you had said, "No, sorry, we're a restaurant, not a bar," or simply that you weren't serving, I would have understood. Besides, I thank you for serving us anyway, but in that case, the lady shouldn't be telling us to get lost because she was tired from her week. In any case, thank you, sir, for your kindness, to which I have nothing to add.

11/08/2026: Very bad experience with your saleswoman this morning. She was very arrogant and bossy, with no smile. I don't think customer service is for her. The lady at the till was much warmer. I won't be coming back. Ange, La Valentine, and La Pomme are much more pleasant and very friendly.

26/07/2026: Twice I've gone there after shopping, a little before closing time, and both times I've left without bread. The first time, the saleswoman refused to sell me half a loaf, claiming it was the last one. The second time, there were two other customers, chatting and addressing each other informally, and when the same saleswoman finally deigned to help me, she curtly informed me that the place was closed. Clearly not for friends.

31/07/2026: Nice restaurant, friendly welcome. We ordered fondue, but it wasn't explained to us that since there were actually two of us, they brought us two portions. Aside from this somewhat expensive misunderstanding, the fondue was very good and well-served, as was the selection of cured meats.
