07/06/2026: Based on the value and the excellent room condition, I am giving 5 stars. The hotel is part of the FORUM complex. It's next to the Gare Part Dieux station, but it's quiet. It's very modern. The price is very reasonable. The staff is friendly.

23/07/2026: A fantastic time was had in this lively place… The owner is there to delight you and ensure you have a great time around his wood-fired oven and his simply fantastic pizzas… There's a good self-service area available for people and tradespeople who want a quick bite, and a great outdoor space. Don't hesitate… it's top-notch!!

13/09/2026: We made a reservation by phone two days prior, but to our great surprise, no one was expecting us when we arrived. No effort was made to find a solution, even though the terrace out front was half empty! The owner questioned our sincerity, telling us without a smile: "No, I'm the only one who answers the phone, and I don't have a reservation for you!" It's as if the restaurant business is booming! In fact, it's not a hobby, but a real profession. Luckily, the street has other welcoming restaurants! We recommend Le Gaulois, where, without a reservation, we received a very warm welcome and enjoyed excellent food.

12/10/2026: Seafood option this Monday at lunchtime: sea bream tartare with Corsican bottarga, toasted sesame oil, avocado, coriander, Espelette pepper, and lime; remarkable squid ink risotto with citron and calamari; Mediterranean sea bass with saffron-infused carrot reduction, vegetable tian with maquis herbs, and black olive powder. A superb bottle of Canarelli's Costa Nera 2020: 100% Carcaghjolu Neru, the emblematic grape variety of southern Corsica, ideally expressed by the granite terroir of Figari. French toast from Cervione spread with nuciola, homemade canistrelli crumbles, and vanilla ice cream. To crown this feast, liqueurs from the L. N. Mattei distillery (citron, nepita...). Very attentive service, generous with helpful advice. I can't think of a better way to start the week!

30/08/2026: A very nice shop and a great concept. We weren't as impressed with the cupcake frosting, which wasn't what we've had before (meringue?). The cupcakes themselves were delicious.

07/09/2026: The venue was rather mediocre, lacking charm and cohesion. The temperature was far too high (it improved after the air conditioning was turned on). The platters were very poor, both in quality and quantity. The beers and cocktails were very ordinary (I tried the "pink phone": too much sugar, too much water, no flavor). The only positive point was a fun "quiz" activity. In short, best forgotten.

18/09/2026: Great! If I had to mention anything, it would be the seating process. Several people went straight to the bar to get a table, cutting in front of us. We waited for over 5 minutes, of course. It was busy, I understand. But being cut in line multiple times was unpleasant.

27/03/2026: What can I say? The rooms are clean and quite spacious, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's well located, and the breakfast is excellent. For cyclists, bikes are securely stored at the hotel overnight. The price is very reasonable considering the area and location.

25/04/2026: Last Saturday, we had the pleasure of enjoying a wonderful lunch with a large group. The welcome was exceptionally friendly and professional, the interior modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The food was a true highlight. We were particularly impressed by the restaurant's child-friendliness – both the selection on the menu and the warm, playful manner of the staff. A big thank you to the entire team. We would love to come back again.

04/04/2026: A ☆TOP☆ recommendation from a very good friend 🙏 This was our first time at the mill, and we received outstanding service. The food and wine service are of an exceptionally high standard and truly deserve a Michelin star. The very friendly welcome and the consistently attentive, but never intrusive, service made the entire evening feel effortless. We also experienced truly authentic, first-class Alsatian cuisine, which was absolutely perfect. The portions and the impeccable presentation of the dishes were perfectly balanced. Ms. Benedict's wine recommendations were also excellent; she was always attentive, allowing us to fully enjoy the entire evening. It was our wedding anniversary, which also included our birthday, and we will definitely be returning in the future, even without any special occasions.
