25/06/2026: Excellent! Very good food, fresh ingredients. I highly recommend it if you're passing through. Welcoming staff, warm atmosphere. The menus are reasonably priced for the quality.
A few parking spaces are available for trucks for our trucker friends.

I'm thinking of filing a complaint on principle!

19/04/2026: As always, a top-notch experience. It goes without saying that everything is homemade. You can see and taste it. The updated menu has some real gems. The slow-cooked pork confit with tagine-style vegetables, followed by the light pavlova for dessert, is a true delight. The icing on the cake is a new offering of sharing plates, which we tried with our aperitifs. Worthy successors to Venetian chiccetti, but in a generous portion, they are a feast for both the eyes and the palate. We'll be back!
18/04/2026: When you arrive in Lagrasse, look for the Hostellerie des Corbières! You'll eat such delicious and refined dishes that you'll feel like you're traveling again! The best in the village!!

The welcome is fantastic, the food is delicious, and the terrace is perfect for a romantic dinner for two.

05/05/2026: On a getaway to Burgundy, I booked a half-board stay for my partner's birthday and it was a wonderful discovery. We received a very warm welcome. While the hotel itself is functional (clean, simple decor; request a room at the front as there's a railway line at the back), the evening meal was an incredible surprise. It was absolutely delicious. Surprising, flavorful, and beautifully presented (it definitely deserves 5 stars). Kudos to the entire team and your excellent customer service.

I stayed here on a business trip. The rooms are spacious and the setting is very peaceful, with walks to enjoy nearby.
A big plus for the restaurant, which is exceptional, and the value for money is equally excellent.
A very warm welcome, and Pepito was friendly.

04/06/2026: The service was lovely, even when arriving very late for lunch. The steak tartare was generous and well-seasoned, the playlist was great, and the shoes, towels, shoelaces, and earrings were all pink too. My favorite place when I don't feel like cooking.

I had a sweet crepe, caramel au beurre salé the caramel sauce wasn’t great but the crepe it self had a horrible texture like rubbery and raw besides the sourish flavor in the dough. Bottom line is, it was one of the most terrible crepes I’ve had

As usual, in France, it's the best option for celiacs when there's no place in the area offering gluten-free food.

03/08/2026: Absolutely wonderful food. The staff is incredibly friendly and speaks English. There's a children's menu. The burger is excellent and the fish dish is simply amazing. Mid-range pricing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
