11/06/2026: Originally, we were supposed to eat at a crêperie right next door called… well, the crêperie from before, which has three branches on the same street. But in the end, they weren't pleasant at all, the waiter wasn't pleasant at all, so we just got up, left, and ended up at Josselin's. We arrived, and the gentleman was incredibly kind, very smiley, very pleasant, so right away, we changed our minds, which was a great feeling. We were served incredibly quickly; we didn't finish everything, so he put us in a small… he gave us the rest to take away. He was so sweet, so kind, in any case, I recommend it.

11/06/2026: A delightful discovery: this unique restaurant is well worth a visit. The food is cooked over a wood fire in a beautiful open fireplace where you can watch the chef at work. The duck breast was excellent and absolutely delicious. A truly lovely little find.

The decor, the background music, but above all, our hostess's smile and the chef's masterful blend of smoky aromas and his "chimney fire" cooking sealed the deal! Definitely one to remember!

19/05/2026: We were part of a group of 30 people from Club 404 who had lunch at your restaurant on March 29, 2026. I am disappointed by a review left by one of our club members who, and I quote, described your dish as "a hodgepodge." I would be curious to know what these people eat at home. You don't claim to be a 5-star Michelin establishment. We were very well received, and the dishes were generous and delicious. A restaurant in 2026 that asks you, "We're not going too fast between courses, is that alright with you? Let us know." We took our time enjoying a leisurely lunch. Restaurants these days are more like, "You have to leave by 2:30 pm because of a staff issue." This person says they won't be back, but that's a stroke of luck for you. Thank you for your warm welcome and your unpretentious but very good meal. We will be back.

10/05/2026: What a horror! The food was appalling! Nine people, all very disappointed. Two complete meals were left unfinished! And the other seven found it inedible! Avoid at all costs!

07/06/2026: A very disappointing experience despite the pleasant setting. The River Café's main advantage is its capacity to accommodate large tables, which is great for group meals. The setting on the banks of the Seine is also lovely, and the service was adequate throughout the meal. However, the quality of the food was a major disappointment, especially considering the prices. The two-course meal (starter and main) is advertised at €43, and the three-course meal (starter, main, and dessert) at €48, but many dishes and starters have additional charges of over €6, which quickly inflates the bill. We ordered sashimi with an extra charge: it was covered in an excessive amount of gray mayonnaise, completely obscuring the product. The quality was clearly lacking. The cod fritters seemed mass-produced or frozen and were far too salty. The fries arrived cold. As for the desserts, many of them looked more like mass-produced or defrosted products than pastries made on-site. Ultimately, despite a pleasant location and decent service, we found the value for money very poor. At this price point, one has the right to expect more refined cuisine and higher-quality ingredients. A disappointment.

27/05/2026: Regarding the ice cream sundae, we unfortunately still have to agree with the review from a year ago. Lots of cream and very little ice cream for €17. The crêpe and the other sundae were good, though. The atmosphere right on the harbor was very nice.
