25/07/2026: Lovely service but menu very light (even for michelin star restaurant where we’re used to the small plates). Dishes were very good but could be more adventurous in mixing flavours. We were happy but expected more suprising flavour combinations. Wine Excellent.

08/08/2026: The service was a bit slow. It wasn't possible to pay in full with holiday vouchers, only 20% of the bill; this wasn't mentioned in advance, which was a shame.

27/07/2026: One of the best meals I’ve eaten, fantastic flavours and exciting to the eye as well as the palate. The chef and pastry chef excelled themselves. Local Ardeche wines. Worth driving across France to experience And just what you want in a Logis de France : a good room with balcony, everything in excellent order and looking new. Quiet, even though on a good road, attentive staff, plentiful breakfast but the restaurant meal was the highlight.

01/07/2026: On a business trip to this establishment for two nights, I was delighted by the warm welcome I received. The owners are incredibly kind. The rooms are tastefully decorated. The highlight, however, is the chef's cuisine. Intuitive and creative, a feast for both the eyes and the palate.

25/06/2026: What a FANTASTIC restaurant! We visited for lunch between our conference session and it was PERFECT. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh. The presentation was beautiful and the owner seems so nice and patient. We basically got the entire menu between our group of 7 and literally everything was delicious. I got the red tuna, my husband got the fillet mignon. I got foie de volaille for starters & my husband got the ceviche..all absolutely fabulous. It is pretty close to fine dining at a very approachable setting. The desserts were like art pieces. I got the chocolate with currants and my husband got the pavlova. I wish I had more time in Nancy just to eat here again. Thank you for such a lovely meal!

24/07/2026: An ideal stopover on the way south. Large room equipped with air conditioning. Swimming pool. Parking. Terrace. Delicious restaurant with local dishes. The decor is a bit dated, but it adds to the charm of such friendly and pleasant service. It already feels like vacation.

15/08/2026: A real treat. Caesar salad with fresh, raw tuna for her and sea bass fillet for me. Delicious. Rum baba and vacherin for dessert: succulent. Fast service, impeccable waitress and waiters. One suggestion: it would be nice to offer wines by the carafe.

07/06/2026: We stayed here the night before setting off on the Canal du Midi. It was one of our favorite nights in France. The staff and owner were so kind and accommodating. The rooms and the setting were perfect. The breakfast and dinner were magnificent. This is a sleepy French village. I would highly recommend if looking for respite, good food, kind people, and beautiful scenery.

25/05/2026: We stayed at the Hotel Saint-Alban for a wedding. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was varied and fresh, with a special mention for the bitter orange marmalade, which was delicious. The hotel staff were also very friendly. Thank you to Philippe for his restaurant recommendation in Sète; we thoroughly enjoyed it! We will definitely return if we are ever in the area again.

08/08/2026: Very disappointing!! This is our third time at this restaurant, and we were always delighted. We came on Thursday evening, August 7th, and were disappointed by the value for money and the presentation of the dishes! Forget the Pavlova, a dessert at €13.50: two measly little meringues accompanied by a meager dollop of whipped cream and a few red berries! (I regret not taking the plates back.) That's how it is... Have you changed chefs? The food was less refined than on previous occasions... We don't plan to return... It's a shame, the setting is magnificent! The staff was pleasant!
