25/09/2024: Excellent ! What a welcome and what cuisine! The restaurant is located at the foot of the slopes, open summer and winter in the mountains. The service is great, very friendly and warm staff, fast service. I ordered the Bareges sheep, it was excellent, very carefully cooked, as tender as anything and a very beautiful plate. Traditional cuisine, good and healthy, hearty, very good value for money. THANKS ! Long live the Chez Louisette restaurant!

25/09/2024: Great !! It's rare to find a restaurant in the mountains with such good products, good cuisine and beautiful dishes. Bravo also for the service, very friendly and warm. I was going for a hike and stopped, all the staff advised me on my route, welcomed me back from my hike, a great group of young people with enormous potential. The trout was delicious, as was the garbure! Well done, we feel good at your place.

02/01/2025: On the banks of the Aveyron river, near the medieval bridge which allows you to return to the historic center of the city and its majestic bastide, this always crowded brasserie (it is better to reserve) offers cuisine in all seasons made from tasty traditional dishes. In summer, the terrace allows you to sip a cold drink and have a peaceful lunch.

30/11/2024: Prenez la viande et le vin si vous y tenez, mais pour le reste, fuyez la maison "Keating steak and wine"! Quand l'entrée choisie n'est pas disponible, on n'en prend pas. Quand les frites sont moins nombreuses que les fautes d'orthographe sur la carte, que les desserts, bien qu'alléchants sont fabriqués dans une industrie de l'agroalimentaire, on regrette de les avoir pris. Quand les patrons passent 10 fois auprès de nous sans nous voir, on se console avec les souvenirs exposés pour la vente au comptoir. Ceux-ci, fait notable, sont "faits maison", contrairement aux douceurs de la maison. Quand on fait la queue comme au supermarché pour pouvoir payer une note digne d'un gastronomique, on ne peut oublier la crasse sordide des toilettes que l'on aurait dû découvrir au début du repas. Un argument décisif pour une fuite immédiate.

12/11/2024: Lang geleden dat steak smaakte als steak, gewoon, lekker, mals, sappig en met homemade chimichurri. En lokale wijn, natuurlijk. Heavenly.

23/11/2024: Always very pleasant. We had a great time around some very good dishes with Crepin having a downside about cooking the monkfish a little too dry. Other than that everything was very good. We will come back with pleasure.

Best beef tartare in the world served with fries and salad and in good quantity, super well seasoned… great appetizer with a carpaccio offered by the chef I came across this restaurant by chance and it's nice these days to come across such welcoming, friendly staff, and lunch a meal made with the heart I can't give more than 5* unfortunately... In short, I recommend the address… 😍

24/08/2024: Nice restaurant. Good reception outdoor terrace Lots of choices of Crepes so it's hard to choose😃. Quality and tasty products. The only downside is that the waitress doesn't give us too much time to choose our Crêpe and the service is a little too fast...
