18/05/2026: Hello I highly recommend this restaurant. The portions are generous, the quality is excellent, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The service was quick, and oh my goodness, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal! It was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Kudos to the chef and thank you to the waitresses. Everything is homemade, and you can really taste the difference. And a big thank you to my friend Isabelle for inviting me to a place I'd never been before.

19/04/2026: We bought a chocolate cake in this shop, an unusual shape: long and narrow, with dark chocolate icing and hazelnuts. The saleswoman really sold us on it, saying, "You'll see!"... And see we did. A cake that was several days old, dry and dense, with no finesse whatsoever. Absolutely no appeal.

12/12/2025: A truly wonderful discovery. A lovely restaurant on the banks of the Loire (it must be fantastic in the summer). We opted for the set menu of starter/main course/dessert (we have a sweet tooth!). We were treated to a delicious amuse-bouche, a gougère with black garlic. For the starter: delicious accras and a lovely terrine with pickles. For the main course: a divine, melt-in-your-mouth beef cheek with tender winter vegetables. For dessert: a sort of French toast with poached pears, a small madeleine biscuit with vanilla cream, and pear ice cream. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We were just stopping over, but we will definitely be back… Thank you for this delightful experience and thank you to the pleasant waitress and the staff.

06/12/2025: A magnificent establishment. A small menu, but more than enough, given the quality of the ingredients and the truly delicious and high-quality dishes. The presentation is tasteful and meticulous. Unfortunately, we weren't able to enjoy the view of the Louet River, but we were treated to a culinary journey. Congratulations to the chef.

20/03/2026: Lunch was a bit disappointing. We ordered the Saint-Marcelin duck burger with grated cheese. The burger was average and a little unbalanced: the Saint-Marcelin cheese was simply placed on top of the steak, with only two small pieces of duck breast hidden underneath. The grated cheese, on the other hand, was delicious, but on its own... and very small. For the price, we would have appreciated a bit more generosity and attention to presentation, as the potential is there. I must, however, commend the kindness and professionalism of the waitresses, which made the experience pleasant nonetheless.

23/05/2026: A must-visit in the village! Le Fournil Lullinois is much more than a bakery and bar: it's a truly welcoming place where people love to gather. Everything is delicious, from the breads to the pastries, in a friendly and authentic atmosphere.

29/06/2026: I've been eating there for years, but I find the quality is declining while the prices are becoming exorbitant. It's a shame because it used to be quite affordable and the salads were more generous. Reservations recommended.

29/05/2026: I'll be back!! Being from the Auvergne region, I found lots of familiar touches. The truffa is almost as good as my dad's, and thank you for the thoughtful birthday present. The staff is absolutely fantastic!!

28/05/2026: Traveled from USA to eat here had reservations was looking forward to steak and mash. They only have one dish available to purchase some sausage. So we left crazy have a big menu and force people to buy only one thing. Weird dont recommend and if you do go here call make sure can get what you want.

28/04/2026: Excellent food, impeccable service, elegant atmosphere. We visited this restaurant and were immediately greeted with kindness. They provided very attentive service and guided us through the proper way to enjoy a fondue. Among us were some who couldn't eat milk or cheese, and they adapted a dish for her; they didn't simply remove something, but rather added something to compensate. They stopped by several times to check that the food was sufficient, demonstrating care and attention to the customer. We felt that our satisfaction was truly at the heart of their business. We tasted some very good dishes, made with top-quality ingredients. Thank you.

14/05/2026: A very pleasant experience at this establishment! The staff were friendly and responsive, and the fresh fries were delicious! The fries were served with a generous portion of homemade mayonnaise in a small ramekin, all for €3.50 per person.
