05/09/2026: We organized our daughter's christening meal and everything was perfect! The owner, Eugène, is a true professional; he was charming, helped us with the preparation and organization, and suggested a perfectly tailored menu. On the day itself, we received personalized service, like in a top restaurant (you never want for anything, and you don't even realize there are people there to serve you!), and the food was excellent. The reviews were unanimous: a real treat, absolutely top-notch, even the dessert was a bit of a chore! A huge thank you to Eugène Peis and his team for this unforgettable day.

27/04/2026: A very warm welcome. A very pleasant overnight stay, with high-quality, homemade cuisine. Tonight, we had warm goat cheese (perfectly seasoned), leg of lamb with vegetables and cauliflower that was truly delicious, and an assortment of homemade desserts – a very enjoyable evening. 18/04/2026: I've known this restaurant since I was a child; my parents loved stopping there to eat. Now I'm a grandfather, and I still go there. It's on the way to our holiday home in the summer. I really enjoy their Provençal daube, and the saffron milk caps when they have them. But generally speaking, the dishes are always well-prepared and delicious. I recommend stopping there for a pleasant meal; the service is always friendly.

06/12/2025: If you want to tantalize your taste buds with top-quality ingredients, the exquisite flavor of each ingredient in our Christmas logs delighted and amazed us. A MUST-TRY: The vanilla one is my favorite. The peanut one is original and really lovely. The ruby, with its blend of red berries and white chocolate, is simply marvelous. Thank you to the pastry chef for these original logs with a fresh selection of flavors; it's a welcome change from the usual coffee, praline, etc. flavors. I'll be placing an order for Christmas. I'll try the galette des rois (King Cake) later. Thank you to the whole team! P.S.: Try the flaky brioche. It's divine.

24/04/2026: Local experience 100%. Extremely nice staff. Going for late lunch was the best thing we did today. You order one of the two options for your main, it comes with bread, wine, cheese, dessert and coffee. All for 19 euros per person. It was a whole in the wall kind of place. I’d go back no problem. Had a great time seeing folks go about their day and getting the real, local experience. It was not the cleanest place ever though. Humble/well-lived in place.

26/04/2026: A truly lovely and warm welcome! We were just passing through for one night. The room is simple but comfortable and overlooks a pretty garden. The breakfast is very good and reasonably priced! And the mango jam is delicious!!!! Thank you again for everything.

16/08/2026: We hired Le Hussard for our wedding in July at the Domaine de Mare e Sole, and what a joy it was! From their support and advice to their organization... everything was absolutely perfect! The venue was simply magnificent; we couldn't have dreamed of anything better. And the lighting was simply stunning! The catering, also provided by Le Hussard, was delicious and plentiful. The products were top-quality, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed everything, from the cocktail hour to the wedding cake, not to mention the brunch the following day! A special mention goes to Titienne and Quentin, who were with us throughout the day and took such good care of us. Thank you also to Marie-Jo for the decorations, which were exactly what we had envisioned. In short, we couldn't have asked for anything more. We recommend them 100,000%!
