10/09/2026: A fantastic experience at Chez Hachour in Besançon! The welcome was warm and friendly, and the couscous was truly delicious, generous, and flavorful. A major plus: the couscous is all-you-can-eat (semolina and broth), enough to satisfy even the heartiest appetites! A great place in Besançon for couscous lovers. I had a wonderful time and will gladly return if I'm ever in the city again.

08/09/2026: I wanted to eat real couscous... the meat was just fat and bones, the meringues were awful, the meatballs had sharp bone fragments in them. The area wasn't very inviting. Never again.

The welcome is warm, the local cuisine delicious on the shaded terrace, and the heated pool is pure bliss under the Var sun. A truly special place to recharge your batteries far from everything. 01/09/2026: A hushed atmosphere and intimate dining rooms. We had a wonderful time with friends. We really enjoyed the surprise menu concept. We chose the five-course menu, and it was a delightful discovery with each course. Everything was exquisite, with original flavors and beautiful presentation. A particular favorite was the Arctic char cooked at low temperature. The sequence of dishes was perfect, and the service was attentive. A very high rating for this Michelin-starred restaurant!

29/05/2026: Ideally located, with a beautiful view of the gulf. The comfort was quite good, but there were some soundproofing issues. The breakfast, featuring local products, was excellent but perhaps a little pricey. A few drawbacks: there was a real lack of communication regarding the swimming pool, and no mention was made of the need to rent towels on the website. For dinner, reservations are required in advance without knowing the menu, otherwise you'll be left without any information, and there aren't many restaurants, forcing you to use the car. We were really disappointed!

28/05/2026: We had a very pleasant stay. Excellent location. Very professional welcome and service. The jacuzzi was a real bonus, very nice and free. Our room was functional and quiet, overlooking the garden. Excellent restaurant, well done! We loved the 7:30 pm bell call, so charming! A tradition passed down through generations. Well done! 24/09/2026: Friendly welcome, but disappointments... The quality/quantity ratio wasn't there... A small soft-boiled egg, more like an amuse-bouche, overcooked, for 9 euros... A 300g short rib fillet for 24 euros... clearly we don't have the same definition of 300g... ordered rare... not a drop of blood when it arrived... in short... 33 euros in the end... no apology for the egg, which I had pointed out... in short... I don't know if I'll take the time to come back; I'd already made this observation before the summer...

17/09/2026: I don't often leave reviews, but this time... This is my third time in Limoges, and there's no comparison: this unassuming little neighborhood restaurant offers something truly special on the plate. No fancy, overly complex dishes, but everything served is seriously DELICIOUS (and I eat out a lot...). Last night, I had a fillet of John Dory with a chimichurri-style green sauce, cooked to a perfect pearly sheen, with an amazing sauce, a perfectly executed vegetable risotto, and to finish, a very good homemade nougat glacé. The price reflects the quality (€40 for a glass of white wine, main course, and dessert, all very generous portions). Kudos to the young chef in the kitchen, and kudos to the owner for the impeccable and friendly service. I highly recommend it!
