23/01/2025: We were able to discover the Tambour cuisine and it was a delight! The service was great, the servers were attentive. The French cuisine is very good! The decoration was also very neat and sophisticated! I can only recommend this brewery in the neighborhood :)

29/09/2024: By chance, passing through with my elderly mother, we were very well received. We were able to enjoy fresh sturgeon from Boulogne sur mer, accompanied by home-cooked vegetables and a little sauce which complemented the dish very well. Little flowers on the plate and that’s it 😋.
The dessert, Tip top, a crème brûlée that didn't come out of a brick, no water at the bottom of the dish, tasty and creamy, burned with a blowtorch as it should be 👏
The team is very pleasant even during the heatwave when the room is full and it is a weekday lunchtime with workers so +or- in a hurry: the service is good, even with a touch of humor 😉.

25/10/2024: Nous avons passé une bonne soirée dans ce petit resto à Angers. Le menu est à l'aveugle, alors on se laisse embarquer dans l'aventure. Au menu : une entrée à base de céleri très goûteuse, en plat du maigre accompagné d'une purée de potiron, un dessert autour de la poire. L'ensemble était très harmonieux et bon et mon seul bémol reste le prix. Il est vrai que le menu à 50e est un chouia trop cher à mon goût.
23/10/2024: Les plats sont très bons, bien travaillés, les saveurs tout comme les textures sont très appréciables.
Le personnel est également agréable.
Le seul point négatif est la durée du service.
3h pour servir une déclinaison en 5 assiettes alors qu’il s’agit d’un menu unique, c’est vraiment beaucoup trop long et c’est bien dommage.

06/01/2025: Fantastic restaurant. We met friends here when travelling in early January on a Sunday for lunch. The food delicious and good quality. The owner was very accomodating and let us stay past closing time. We had the foie gras, burgers, tomato tart, eggplant crumble and lamb. Could recommend all these dishes.
07/12/2024: A weekend of disconnection in the area, an address discovered by “chance” on Google.
A discovery where we will repeat our experience for sure!
