14/03/2026: My three children, aged 12, 13 and 4, had a blast, as did my wife and me.

01/03/2026: The concept is really great. There's a wide selection of sleds available, making it easy to enjoy the experience without having to bring your own equipment. It's also really nice to have slopes reserved exclusively for sleds, without sharing them with skiers. We didn't know it was possible to use a pass from another partner resort to avoid buying a new one. This was explained very clearly and kindly at the ticket office. The staff is very pleasant and welcoming, which contributes to a great time. The only slightly annoying point concerns the magic carpets, which are quite slow and, more importantly, prone to several unexpected stops. The ride up can therefore seem a bit long. Despite this, with all the other positive aspects, I highly recommend it. It's still best to go when it's not too crowded to fully enjoy the runs and ensure a pleasant experience.

05/03/2026: The setting is lovely. The smiling waitress is very pleasant. The building is superb, and there are parking spaces available. The grounds must be magical in the summer. The only drawback might be a possible update to the decor.

21/02/2026: An absolutely exceptional stay. With two children and a baby, we were blown away: the kids' club was perfect, with varied activities truly tailored to each age group. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and designed with families in mind. The breakfast buffet was a veritable feast of fresh, high-quality products; there was something for everyone. And what can we say about the service? It was exceptionally kind and professional. A top-of-the-range hotel that has perfected every detail. We will definitely be back.

21/02/2026: Exceptional setting. Welcoming and very friendly staff. Having received a 90-minute massage as a gift, I had a wonderful experience. As a massage enthusiast for about twenty years, I was truly amazed by the magical Céline, who understands our "issues" without us even having to say a word. On top of that, she is a smiling and warm person. Thank you to the whole team for this soothing moment in this crazy life.

17/02/2026: I had booked a special Valentine's Day spa and brunch. The day before, without confirmation, I gave them all my details over the phone for 15 minutes, but they couldn't find my reservation. They rebooked me, promising a discount, which led me to arrive earlier and shorten my spa treatment. At brunch, once they found the original reservation (under a different name) (using the phone number I'd given them the day before to locate it), the reception canceled the discount and charged me full price for the spa treatment (shorter and earlier), even though I came with that promise in mind—€150 in total. Despite a pleasant setting and a very good brunch, the whole experience was disappointing because the reception staff seized upon any excuse to shift the blame onto a failing reservation management system, since they were unable to find my reservation. They justified the withdrawal of the commercial offer by claiming that they "had to fill the spa all day on Valentine's Day weekend" and that I had "lost them a slot" - a management style that lacks both professionalism and business acumen.

26/02/2026: My experience was disappointing. The octopus salad, in particular, was completely gelatinous and bland, accompanied by a bitter salad. The dishes are advertised as high-end, but the taste simply wasn't there, I'm sorry to say.

Very beautiful setting, welcome and very friendly team but above all very good cuisine, starter, main course and dessert nothing was left on the plate, a very good address where you can go with your eyes closed ☺️ (We are from Sables d'Olonne and we rarely have this pleasure elsewhere)

13/11/2024: Excellent creperie the pancakes have the taste of our childhood as well as the local artisanal sausage, each time we stay in the area we return not only for the kindness of the owners but to enjoy the desert pancake, remember to book because the room is small and quickly full. Otherwise, I will launch a complete boycott of your restaurant. A word to the wise. These are not threats, but facts, hence the missing star on this post.
